6.1 LIABILITY INSURANCE (2)

with handing over back from the contractor to the employer.
6.2 LATENT DEFECTS LIABILITY (2)
Some error can only be detected after a certain time, e.g. a leaking
roof. A clause keeps the contractor a while responsible (5 years after
commencement of the work) after handing over to repair it.
