Since then implementation of PDM has been delayed. «The February 2018 forecast projected that PDM would be implemented in April of 2018, with June 2018 being the first month of eligibility impacts Based on the assumptions in the original fscal note for periodic data matching, ‘we estimate that there has been $93 million in addtional state Medical Assistance expenditures as a result of not having POM in place. + Implementation of periodic data matching has been put off pending the results of the field testing and again based on the assumptions ofthe original fiscal note, we assume that there are $4.5 million in additional state MA expenditures per month until PDM is implemented. © Note that there will be some savings in from implementing PDM as a field test.
