Over 440 marijuana plants seized
On October 6, 2010, agents of the Central Minnesota Drug and
Gang Task Force (CMDGTF) along with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) executed a search warrant in Section 23, Little Elk Township, Todd County. There agents seized 443 mar- ijuana plants. David Minh Phan, 40, Farmington, and Quy Trong Nguyen, 34, St. Louis Park, were arrested in connection with this investigation. Agents also executed search warrants on two resi- dences in St. Louis Park and Farmington. Both men were arraigned in Todd County District Court on mul- tiple counts of first and second degree controlled substance crimes.
