METHOD OF PAYMENT

1. The Hotel requires 25% non-refundable deposit from the total expected revenue as confirmation of the
event. The Hotel reserves the right to confirm the space to other event for the period requsted; should the
deposit confirmation be not settled or ignored.
2. Additional 50% of the total expected revenue shall be paid in full one (1) monthprior to the event
day/date at the latest.
3. The rest of the payment must be settled one (1) week before the event by bank transferred to our bank
account as follows:.

4. Cancellation Policy:
 The Hotel shall impose a cancellation fee of 25% (based on the total expected revenue) in the event is
cancel after signing the guarantee letter.
 The Hotel shall impose a cancellation fee of 100% (based on the total expected revenue) in the event
is cancel two (2) days prior to the event day/date.

It is agreed upon that if fails to settle the accounts within the agreed credit period, the hotel will have the right
to demand immediate payment on all outstanding accounts and interest of 5 % per month will be charges on all
overdue amount.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY
Either party without penalty or liability in the event of acts of God, Government regulation, fire, flood and
earthquake to provide the facilities hold the function, upon written notice to the other party specifying such
case, may cause this agreement. The client may postpone the event as per the date and venue agreed by both
parties.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
The hotel does not allow any outside or hotel guests bring food and beverage items to the premises and any
incoming food delivery will be rejected. No left over food to be taken out from premises.

LIABILITY
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function, which may damage the Hotel’s reputation or
may affect its business and security. The hotel will not be responsible for damage or loss of any property
brought into the hotel. The clients agrees not to put any signs displays, and streamers on electrical
connections without permission from the Hotel or its property. Damage arising in consequence of the above
worth will be charge to the client.
