3. Induction & Price Revision charts
a. Processing price revision / Induction charts through JOCA
b. Survey through Manager Survey
c. Preliminary negotiations with new firms, payment terms, registration fee.
d. Detailed negotiation after approval for induction in induction meeting
e. Ensuring existing discounts are intact in price revision cases
f. Signatures on price revision and induction charts.
5. Keeping updated price register / ASL
6. All correspondence with firms regarding promotions, FOCs, registration, agreement,
barcodes, invoices etc.
7. Correspondence with other Divs, Zones, Depots, Shops regarding respective firms.
8. Ensure complete bar codes received from the firms
9. Co-operation with AM Supply Failure, when required
10. Close coordination with suppliers and arranging frequent meetings.
11. Ensuring quality and obtaining PSQCA license from firms where mandatory.
