I’m very pleased to offer my services for the Establishing setting up sales and Marketing business of

their ETP and Service which includes appointing of Distributor, Agent internationally or to have
representative office to promote and expand their businesses to become of leading supplier in this
region where we can have our marketing strategy and establish networking of distribution in CIS
(Commonwealth of Independent States′) our businesses line , We are quite aware that there are
Some ETP and Service and manufacturing companies all over the CIS Countries and even in the
same location where we intend locating ours, which is why we are following the due process of
establishing a business.
We know that if a proper analysis is establishing for our business, we will be able to position our
business to maximize our strength, leverage on the opportunities that will be available to us
you’ll find a wealth of information about business, a thorough assessment of opportunities in the
marketplace, and later a detailed plan of Networking and appointing distributor for seizing them. For
this will provide you all my expertise;

 How we cultured them; selecting the right agent or distributor for your exports. We are
active in countries around this region. We live there, work there, know the culture and

way.

 Especially in countries where you have a significant cultural differences with, visiting
your prospective partner is extremely important. You can do conference call in a later
stage, but during negotiations you certainly have to be there.

 I can come with you, guide you around, provide translations with Interpreters where
necessary and evaluate the meetings with you. This way you can make the right
decisions

I have experienced in this region and know the market and can give a head start. Furthermore,
help you to avoid common mistakes and legal problems.
We can settle down terms and conditions working together as a team with designated Business

Please note that in order to do an effective partner search for you, preparations are needed:

 XY Group of Companies company has a website in English, and preferably the language of the
target country.
 Presentation materials, product descriptions etc. are available in English, and preferably the
language of the target country.
 You have a draft in English for the distribution or agency agreement, and you have a good
idea of what would be realistic and percentages should be awarded to distributor or gents.
 Delivery conditions and international logistics are clear and described.
 There is an outline for a marketing plan, specifying the proposed way of promoting the
products or services in the target country.
 Once we have found ample no’s suitable distributors or agents, you can come over within a
few weeks to have the meetings that we arrange for you.
The better we are prepared and the more attractive you make it to work with your company,
the more choice you will have for an agent or distributor. The most wanted distributors or
agents will be selective who to work with and will ask you about your marketing sales plans,
efforts and your sales support.

Other than that The sales projections are based on information gathered on the field and some
assumptions that are peculiar to start-up’s in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Start-up Expenditure (Budget)


From our Commonwealth of Independent States marketing and, we have been able to come up with
a detailed budget for establishing a standard and highly competitive ETP and Service distributors and
sales company in Commonwealth of Independent States and here are the key areas where we will
spend our start – up capital;

Short Term Expenditure: Initial Visit and setting up

 Travelling and visa $ 750 per person.


 Renting Apartment cum house cost around 500 $ Per month.
 Hiring transport on monthly basis for visiting per month will be 500 $ per month with driver.

Long Term Expenditure: Once

 The total fee for registering the business in the Commonwealth of Independent States – $500
to Min $ 2000.
 Legal expenses for obtaining licenses and permits as well as the accounting services – $1000.
 The total cost for hiring legal consultant – $ 1000
 Other start-up expenses including stationery and phone and utility deposits – ($500).

For Three month expenses basis on Monthly:

 Operational cost for the first 3 months (salaries of employees, payments of bills et al)
– $11,000
 Renting Apartment cum house cost around 500 $ Per month.
 Hiring transport on monthly basis for visiting per month will be 500 $ per month with driver

We would need an estimate Twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to successfully set up our ETP and
Services sales and business.
