Explanation

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan


Week 2 consists of family members’ names. Firstly, an infographic is shown to students to ease their visualizing
process as the most of the students may be in concrete operational stage. Secondly, they are asked to
communicate with their desk mates to learn their family members’ names, since they will be asked to list them.
At the end of the class, a video about family is shown to students and the they are given a matching worksheet
about the video. If teacher observes that students are struggling remembering the names of the family
members during in-class activities, s/he opens the infographic from the projector as a guide for students. In
case of a technical issue, teacher prepares the hard copies of the infographics before the class.
