    The Municipal Government of Talavera headed by Hon. Mayor Nerivi Santos-


    Martinez are promoting a Zero-Kalat community and Sicsican Matanda Elementary School are
    participating in this project by promoting a clean and healthy environment through segregating
    waste, putting up a compost pit and compost heap and making an MRF. We also inculcate to the
    minds of our learner the importance of recycling and waste segregation.
    In connection with this, may we request your good office to collect our non-
    biodegradable waste by one of your garbage truck on your available schedule.
