I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
Search incident to service of a search warrant a distributable amount of heroin and marijuana were located,
both marijuana and heroin field tested positive. Items located in downstairs bedroom with residency. Post
Miranda A/P confirmed he lives in bedroom. Methamphetamine also located in bedroom, also field test positive.
Pipes, scales and packaging material consistent with distribution located in bedroom and throughout property.
Post Miranda the A/P stated he is actively cooking cocaine in order to make crack, evidence of this was located
in the bedroom. Crack cocaine was located in bedroom, field test positive. Firearm that was confirmed stolen
and listed as stolen on NCIC, located in room adjacent to bedroom next to residency papers for the A/P.
