Preparing a VoD Report

• If not already open


• Double click on the
ShotTrack VoD Monitor
Icon
• Navigate to saved data
location and select the
file.
Adding timing information

• ShotTrack VoD Monitor


program allows the user
to add extra timing
information that will be
exported to a report.
• Open the zone where
this timing information is
to be inserted.
• Click on Marker a tick
will appear.
Positioning marker

• The marker can be


positioned anywhere
in the zone
• In this case we have
located it at the
initial cable cut.
• The time offset from
start of data and the
cable length are
added to the Zone
manager.
• Notes can be added
if required
All zones can have markers added

• Double click on next


zone to bring
window in focus.
• Click on marker
• Add marker to zone
as before
Generating report

• Navigate to file/Export report


• Navigation window opens
• Choose folder to save and file
name.
• Click save.

• Save the data at this point


The excel report

• The first page is the


summary.
Default summary page

• If the company
details have been
set-up
• And shot details
have been entered
• These are included
in the summary.
• Other information
can be added such
as Burden, spacing,
primers used and
delays set.
Modify the summary page

• Resize overview bar and add


further information if required.

• A common addition is to copy


the Latitude and Longitude into
google earth and locate where
the shot took place for future
easy reference.
• This can be copied and pasted
into the report
After any additions set print area

• At the bottom of
the summary
sheet are the
various sheets
that have been
automatically
generated.
• Along with the
this Summery
page there is a
sheet for each
zone saved and a
further timing
sheet.
Zone sheet

• The default data saved


is the RAW data in the
left hand column and a
filtered graph.
• The sheet header has:
• Measured VoD column
length.
• VoD
• VoD type
• Comments
Add other graphs

• You can add


further graphs
from the program
if wanted
• Right clicking on
the graph area
allows the graph
to be copied to
the clipboard.
• In this case we
have selected the
RAW data trace
and the
continuous VoD
This can be done for each zone

• Any further comments,


conclusions etc. can also be
added.

• Here the timing information that has been added along with the
Start time and date is reported.
• The date and time is in UTC format and the seconds have a
decimal component accurate to 3.90625. microseconds
• Looking at the Elapsed time we see
• Hole 1 has 19.5 millisecond. This is from when we started recording
and is the pre-trigger time.
• Hole 2 was 36 milliseconds after hole 1
• Hole 3 was 24 milliseconds after hole 2
• Hole 4 was 36 milliseconds after hole 3
