LANDMARK EVENT STAFFING SERVICES, INC.

SUPER BOWL LIII BRANCH STAFF AGREEMENT

Welcome to Landmark’s 2019 Super Bowl LIII operations in Atlanta! We are excited to have the opportunity
to provide services to the NFL. Each one of you has been selected knowing that you will work hard to make a
great showing for Landmark and the NFL. We should have a great time and need to be at our best for the NFL.

The following is the information you will need for the trip as well as some requirements that you must follow.
Your branch manager will have your flight and ground transportation information prior to your departure. If
you have any further questions please go through your branch manager. Please initial each page and sign the
last page.

Travel
With a couple of exceptions (who have already been notified) all Landmark branch personnel assigned to Super
Bowl will be flying to Atlanta on Friday, January 25th. Your branch manager will provide you with your
itinerary and confirmation number. Call your airline to confirm seating, but do not make any changes to
your reservation. Please arrange a ride to your departure airport or coordinate it with your branch manager as
we are not reimbursed by the NFL and thus do not reimburse for airport parking or taxi fees. Upon
arrival you will be met outside baggage claim by Landmark staff to transport you to the hotel. If you have a cell
phone, please make sure your branch manager has the number. Upon your arrival if you cannot find your pick-
up, call Beth Kranske @ 970-481-5327 or Rachel Barber @ 225-978-0473. You will be taken initially to the
Georgia Tech Hotel and CC. Landmark will have an office there where you will get your Per Diem, initial
assignments and will be told which hotel you are staying in. Do not attempt to check into a hotel prior to
coming to the Landmark office!

Please note: Any changes made to your flights will be at your own cost (unless the change is ordered by
Landmark or the NFL). You may not make any changes without prior clearance from Landmark - Beth
Kranske or Mike Harrison. They will clear changes with NFL Travel. Further, Landmark cannot provide
ground transportation for arrivals and departures not consistent with the travel schedule. Landmark will
reimburse you for only one (1) piece of check-on baggage (not of excess weight) for each flight if you produce
a receipt for the cost to Beth Kranske at bethk@landmarkeventstaff.com prior to February 8, 2019.
Please carry on all other luggage or check on at your cost. Most all staff will be on return flights leaving
Tuesday, February 5.

Staff Hotels
We are staying at the hotels listed below. Two people will be in each room. Some rooms may have an extra
area and bed and may get a third roommate. You may not invite guests to stay in your room. They each have
a website if you wish to review the hotel. Room assignments will be at the front desk. If you have a problem
getting checked into your room please call Beth Kranske for assistance. Please do not bring valuables. If you
do please do not leave them out in your room. You are responsible for your personal items and
Landmark bears no liability for any lost or stolen items. Room assignments are already set based on work
schedules. You may not make any room adjustments without receiving clearance from Beth Kranske.

Licensing/Credentials
All Landmark personnel working Super Bowl must comply with State of Georgia requirements. Prior to
arriving in Atlanta, you will have been subject to the required training. There is no state guard card required.
You will be taken to the NFL Credentialing Center to pick up your working credential. Your NFL credential
must be worn at all times while working. No photos of your credential may be taken and no images may
be posted on social media. Failure to comply will result in revocation of your credential and likely
termination.

Please note: The NFL and the FBI will be running criminal background checks on each Landmark employee.
Should we be notified that you have failed either check, we cannot continue to work you in Georgia or on Super
Bowl events. Although unlikely, such notification may occur while you are already in Georgia.

Per Diems
Upon arrival at the hotel, each employee will be given their Per Diem for the entire stay in Atlanta. The Per
Diem is contingent upon your signature on an acknowledgement that you received your Per Diem. The Per
Diem is $50 per day. You will receive ½ Per Diem for each travel day. We are working to arrange for
inexpensive meals at the worksites, but that is not yet confirmed.

Required Paperwork
You will need to provide a signed copy of this document to your branch manager or Beth Kranske on or before
January 20, 2019. You may not work Super Bowl without agreeing to the terms herein. Additionally, you
must have submitted all NFL-required credentialing information to your branch manager prior to January 9,
2019. If your paperwork was not submitted timely you will not be issued a credential by the NFL and will not
be able to work. Check with your branch manager to assure you have a photo in the ABI scheduling system. If
you do not, you must take one at your branch prior to January 20, 2019.

Please bring your valid and current government issued photo ID, such as a state issued driver’s license, U.S.
passport or U.S. military photo ID, to Atlanta. You will also need your Landmark badge. If you do not have a
Landmark badge with a photo please contact your manager immediately to get one before leaving. You
will also be issued an NFL Super Bowl Credential upon arrival, contingent upon passing the background check.

Initial _____ 2
Attire and Uniforms
The attire will be a black or dark blue pair of dress slacks (no jeans or cargo pants), solid black closed toe shoes
(adequate for cold weather and possibly walking on ice and snow) and a white collared shirt. Black or dark
blue socks (please- do not wear white socks while working) and a black belt. You must look sharp and clean
cut at all times when working Super Bowl events. No baggy pants or tennis shoes. Please iron your clothes at
the hotel before coming to work. Please dress professionally at all times in Georgia.

Some positions may involve being outside in what will likely be extremely cold weather. In addition,
during non-working and transportation hours it may be very cold. Please bring sufficient layers of warm
clothing and cold weather gear (gloves, scarves, hats, etc.) to wear under your uniform. Do not bring
hoodies for work.

Landmark will provide you a Heavy Yellow Jacket, Yellow windbreaker or Yellow Polo shirt, depending on
your position. You are responsible for returning the item(s) each day to be laundered.

Work Dates and Shifts

Work will be from January 26th through February 5th. Some staff may start before the 26th and some will start
after – depending on the decisions of the NFL and the participating teams. While it is likely you will be
working most every day, there is no guarantee that you will be needed each day or that you will have a full 12-
hour shift each day. The schedule given to us by the NFL is constantly in flux and we all must be flexible to
meet the client’s needs. Some shifts may be shorter, and some staff may get days off. You will receive an
initial schedule when you arrive in Atlanta, subject to change. Shifts begin and end upon signing in and out at
your designated worksite.

Initial _____ 3
Transportation and Parking
Vehicles will be assigned to specific personnel for shuttling staff to and from worksites. Parking is available at
most, but not all, of the worksites should you be driving. Should a vehicle be assigned to you, you are
responsible for any damages, tolls or tickets the vehicle receives. If you are assigned a vehicle you MAY NOT
let other staff borrow it without permission from Beth Kranske or Mike Harrison. If you loan it out without
permission you are still responsible for any damages, tickets or tolls the other person may have incurred while
driving it. A check out log will be provided for all vehicles should you decide to let someone use the vehicle.
The primary vehicle driver is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in the same condition when it is signed in
and out. Anyone designated as a driver must have a recent clean DMV record approved by Landmark in
advance of arriving in Georgia. Those designated will have received an email from Landmark and
Datamaxx/Redtail to begin the DMV check process.

Please be aware that winter road conditions may be icy and hazardous. Extreme caution should be used
in driving vehicles.

Pay Rates
Super Bowl pay rates vary by market. This year, hourly personnel will be paid $15.00 per hour. Pursuant to
Georgia law, overtime will be paid after 40 hours in the same work week. Each work week starts at 12:00 AM
on Sunday and ends the follow Saturday at 11:59 PM. Salaried personnel will be paid their regular salary and
may be paid an additional discretionary amount to be determined.

Employee ID Cards and NFL Credentials

Everyone will be issued an NFL credential. You will also need your Landmark ID card. Both of these must be
worn at all times while working. If you do not bring them to work, we cannot put you to work. The NFL
requires everyone have them at all times while working.

Reimbursement for Expenses

Any expenses not covered by per diem must be approved prior to being expensed and must be
accompanied by a receipt. If you do not have a receipt, we cannot reimburse you. Please take your receipt to
the sign-in office and ask for an expense report. You will need to fill it out there and attach the receipt. A
check will be sent to you after the Super Bowl. Gas for a rental vehicle is the only expense that does not need
advance approval (but still requires a receipt for reimbursement). To be reimbursed, all expense reports and
receipts must be received by Beth Kranske prior to February 8, 2018.
