SCHEDULE OF FEES
Training Providers seeking to obtain and maintain IADC accreditation for their RigPass HSE Orientation
program are subject to the following fees, effective 02 October 2017.

Shipping Fee waived for New Instructor Applications submitted with Initial Program Application

• Application fees: Payment of fees must be made at time of application. All applications are subject to the
criteria and procedures specified in the Handbook for Accreditation (SCO-01). All application fees are non-
refundable, even in the event the accreditation is denied or cancelled.

• Modifications: A fee will be charged for modifications made to an already accredited course that requires
technical review.

• Audit Fees & Expenses: Audit costs are dependent upon the number of courses to be audited and provider
location. Costs include: auditor’s day rate fee, travel expenses, and an administrative fee. A multi-day audit
may be required. An initial deposit will be required.

• Providers must pay all IADC invoices within thirty (30) days to avoid interruption of Accreditation.
