The bend test specimens shall withstand being bent at ambient temperature in any direction through 130° around a mandrel or former of. diameter equal to he material , thickness without cracking on the outside convex surface of the bent portion. LOCATION OF TEST PIECES Samples for chemical analysis and test pieces for tensile and bend test shall be selected from the product so as to be representative of the lots. i RETEST Should any of the test pieces first selected not pass ary of the tests specified in this specification, two further samples shal bé selected from the same lot in the same manner. Should the 12s pi¢zes from both these additional samples pass, the material repreente:| by the test samples shall be deemed to comply with the reguircnents of that particular test. Should the testupieces from either of th:se atiditional samples not pass, the material represented by the test xanples shall be deemed to be not conforming to this specification. 4/21
