Complete all development work to support Xero integration as well as modifications to
existing code base to support new functions.

3 Scope
3.1 In Scope
1. Xero subscription test account username and password, by developer for test.
 Integration with Xero – new code base. Integrating clients and transactions.
 Screen and database modifications to existing web-based system.
 Screen and database modifications to existing client system.
 All changes committed to code repository and/or database scripts.
 Development testing.
 Bug fixing.
 Build new versions for testing and final release.
 Mapping application site hierarchy to accounting package hierarchy. For Xero, the
user will be provided with a drop down to select the initial organisation clients will be
created under. Users will be free within Xero to move that to the correct organisation
and transactions will continue to be synced.
3.2 Out of Scope
 Testing/production software release.
 User Acceptance Testing.

2. Client and Web-based source code working version to be used as the basis to make
the modifications.
3. Client and Web-based SQL database.
4. Access to internal resource to get me up and running and a timely manner.
