For AC induction motor, the rotating magnetic field of the stator and the
rotating magnetic field of rotor interact to generate torque, and the rotor speed
and magnetic field are synchronous;
For DC motor, the magnetic field of the stator and the magnetic field of the rotor
interact to generate torque, but the magnetic field does not move while the rotor
armature rotates.
