This letter is to inform you that as of the date of this notice, I have not received your
rental payment that was due on April 10, 2018 as according to the terms of our lease
agreement, found in paragraph 3 of the lease.

The rent for the property (house at Purok Adarles, Barangay Sampao, isulan, Sultan
Kudarat) is due and payable immediately or you will be evicted. You can send the
payment to my residence as appearing on our lease agreement(Purok Villa Clara,
Barangay Sampao, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat) or you may deposit it to my savings
account at Landbank with account number: 245700458-35. If you have any questions
about this matter or have a special circumstance that I need to be made aware of,

you and resolving this matter.

Dear Mr. Geronimo:

This letter is to inform you that as of the date of this letter, you have failed to pay the
Php10,000.00 rent for the past two months. You were sent a rent reminder notice
and demand letter on April 30, 2018 in which you were asked to pay your rent in full. I
have enclosed a copy of this notice. Since that notice, you have not paid any rent.

You have violated the lease agreement that you signed on January 1, 2017 in which
it states that you will pay the rent within the first ten days of each month. As of the
date of this letter you owe me Php 20,000.

I hereby request you to pay the above-mentioned amount within 5 working days of
receipt of this letter or vacate the premises. If you fail to do this, I will be compelled to
file an eviction suit against you. I would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
