 Remark:
 Terratest Foundation: After technical documentation alignment, audit has verified contractor expertise,
equipment, tools proposed to execute the works, the contractor has been found to be competent and in line
with the technical project requirements, including but not limited to Concreting plans, Community, QA/QC
and HSE procedures tailored for the project. Contractor core business is foundation and pilling works and
have shown evidence of CFA pilling. See attached Audit Report.

 Construction KAISER: After technical documentation alignment, audit has verified contractor expertise,
equipment and tools proposed to execute the works. By assessment of submissions, the contractor failed
to provide evidence of agreement for Technical Partnership with proposed Joint Venture Company. Audit
also reveals that contractor does not have the necessary organization and asset to perform the CFA scope
of work. See Audit Report.

 AKIRA HERO NIG LTD: After technical documentation alignment, audit has verified real contractor
expertise, equipment and tools proposed to execute the works. Audit reveals that contractor is an Equipment
Leasing/Construction Company and have done considerable number of piling works in Nigeria. However
based on rating, do not have the necessary organization and asset required to perform the CFA scope of
work. See attached score table and Audit Report.

 RFI INTEG SERVICES: After technical documentation alignment, audit reveals contractor expertise,
equipment and tools proposed to execute the works submitted are not owned. The Contractor also has no
cooperate experience in piling and only relies on personal experience acquired in the course of service as
an employee. This indicates that contractor does not have the necessary organization and asset to perform
the CFA scope of work. See attached score table and Audit Report

 PRIMAL INTEGRATED SERVICES: Technical alignment have not been considered since all their
experience is based on SUBSOIL INVESTIGATION WORKS and few shallow pilling works on residential
building, the new submitted documentation not in line with project requirements, including Concreting plans
and Community aspects. Contractor do not have the necessary organization and asset to perform the CFA
scope of work for plant. See attached score table and Audit Report

 East Point Consult: East Point Consult withdrawn from tendering process.

NOTE

Audit did not physically inspect Contractor’s equipment proposed for the execution of the CFA Piling works,
Considering the High Risk nature of the Project, it is advisable to engage a company that has absolute experience,
with core business area within the proposed scope. Companies that intends to engage a third party contractor for
the purpose of the CFA Piling and or Contractors intending to source equipment from other companies for lease or
hire are therefore not acceptable by this Technical Evaluation.
