William shakesphere author of romeo and juliet tells a tragic love story of two teens
named roomeo and juliet. The teens love eachother but their families are enemies, which
prevents them from being together. In the end, the two lovers feel the only way to be together is
in death. So within Romeo and Juliet, shakesphere expressed his belief that love can be tragic
and cause violence.

One major event that happened that proves love causes violence is when Juliet found
Romeo dead with poision and there was none left for her to drink. “Whats here? A cup closed in
my true loves hand? Poision, I see hath been his timeless end. O churl, drunken all and left no
friendly drop to help me after. She wanted to die to be with him and that just proves its a tragic
violent love . Later on when Juliet told Romeo “I will kiss thy lips haply some poison yet doth
hang on them to make me die with a restorative. This is thy sheath; there rust and let me die”.
That also proves that love cases violence because she loved him so much that she killed herself
just because he died. She didnt have to kill herself but she did it out of love.

Eventually in Romeo Juliet through some conflictd they show that their love causes
violence like when Juliet said she’d kill herself before she would marry Pairs because her true
love was Romeo. “Shall be married to another, thid shall slay them both causght between these
two difficulties I’ll act like a judge with my bloody knife.” Then right before she was suposted to
marry Paris she’d say “or bid me to go into a new made grave, and hide me with a dead man in
his grave. Things that to hear them told have made me tremble. And i will do it with no doubt or
regret. That aswell states that she’d rather be dead than to be with Paris, a love that is fake.

One example of why love causes violence is when Romeo told friar “I do protest I never
injured thou but love thee better than thou canst device till thou shalt know the reason.” Romeo
is willing to do or say absolutley anything possible to let juliet know that he loves her, even
though she was going to get married to Paris, another man.

In conclusin Romeo and Juliets love does cause violence. They have such a strong love and
obsession for eavhother that they would do absolutley anything for eachother. Their story
proves that there is a violence to love, their story ended because they loed eachother so musch
that they killed themselves because they wanted to be together. So shakesphere didexpress his
belief in tragic love causing violence.
