Sales Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare & deliver presentations, explaining products to customers & prospective customers
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationship with customers
• Managing & interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading customers that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
• Negotiating & closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Meeting regular sales targets
• Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• First graduates are welcome
• Detail oriented, creative, efficient & high integrity
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferably has own vehicle
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
• Provide quotation to Sales Engineer
• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements
• Provide technical support to sales engineer
• Maintain accurate reports of target accounts, opportunities and quote projects
• Negotiate price and lead time with principal
Requirements:
• Min S1 in Industrial Engineering from reputable university

• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver purchase order to vendor
• Maintain constant contact with vendor and shipping companies when deliveries are in route
• Keep record of all purchase orders sent to vendors and check invoices from vendors
• Estimate shipping cost
• Manage import activities, track shipments and communicate with warehouse team and sales admin
about the package arrival
• Coordinate shipping with custom agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
• Keep record of company import activities
Requirements:
• Min Diploma (D3) of Business from reputable university
• Min 1 year experience in import
• Have knowledge of Incoterms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
• Assists in the Marketing Department
• Completing initiatives on time, sending out email marketing campaigns, keeping track of the dates and
deadlines associated with marketing initiatives
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the company using consistent and effective message
• Get feedback from the sales team to improve marketing materials
• Prepare document for tender submission
• Regularly check tender posted on-line on customer e-proc website

Job Description:
• Receive orders from cargo to enter and monitor cargo tanks. Drain tanks and filters. Fill fuel into tankers
arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner, by means of the loading equipment. Seal the upper
inlets of the tank and the discharge valves of the same, in order to secure the load to the customer.
Comply with all safety measures of the Terminal at all times.
• Revise and fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying with the driver the product (s) to
be loaded as well as the volume(s) of the same. Fill cards loaded with API, temperature and time of
loading. Revise tankers before filling and report any pertinent situations.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services to the loading equipment and
execution of the preventive maintenance program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling
of trucks (valves and pipes). Calibration of flow meters. Hydrostatic testing of piping. Enable and disable
the electric motors for pumps, tanks, filling rack.
• Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all
contingency drills. Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with any other task entrusted by the
Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.

Ability to use MS Office programs, Safety standards, Need to be able to read and write in English
