Contingency Plan

1. If any of members of the camera crew are not available (due to

illness, family problems) we have a plan in place to be able to work
with less people then we need as crew members can double up on
jobs.
2. If the weather conditions are poor on the planned shoot then we
have agreed a second shoot date of 4th June.
3. If one of our memory units fails we have planned to carry spare SD
cards, if any cameras etc break I can get the back up equipment
from my house.
4. If I overrun my filming I will continue the rest on the later planned
days.
5. I have booked extra days in the editing suite incase I need more
time to edit.
6. I am using 15% of my budget for contingency.
7. If public transport is not running I will personally pay for private
travel (TAXI/UBER).
