Sub: Seeking extension date for RTE reimbursement updates online process.

We the members of KAMS bearing registration number ____________ bring to your kind notice
that RTE online reimbursement issues are consuming time and hardship with huge financial
constrain.

This year reimbursement software is missing with others category causing inconvenience to claim
few expenditure as they are been spent under such heads.

Same request is made to the Commissioner for Public Instructions but till date no clarification
been made.

The below mentioned expenditure has to be considered by department as it was earlier

considered under others category.

1. Loan repayment & Interest.

2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges).
3. Depreciation.
4. Staff & Teacher welfare.
5. Miscellaneous.
6. Professional Charges fee and payments.
7. ERP charges,
8. Auditor/ Legal Fee/ others.
9. Honorarium.
10. Building Tax.
11. CCTV Maintenance.
12. Fire safety and renewals.

All the above mentioned heads of account are the possible and also differ school to school; hence
were quest to consider these components of expenditure during reimbursement.

Due to delay in clarification and acceptance of our request which was earlier considered in the
previous reimbursement process and now removing the others category without any government
orders is nothing but trying to curtail our part of reimbursement, causing financial loss to the budget
school which has been spent to provide quality and free education under RTE quota.

Hence we request to extend the RTE reimbursement dates and consider the earlier options so that
we can upload our audit report with its expenditure heads whatever is spent actually.
