Professional Goal & Vision

Within my role as an ELA teacher, I strive to plan purposefully and collaboratively, facilitate
a student-centered classroom, and inspire students to develop and expand upon meaning
within their worlds. I believe that each student can grow in knowledge and learn skills to
participate meaningfully and reflectively. Moreover, I view teaching as an evolving craft that
requires attention to detail and enthusiasm to make changes.
