 Preparation of documents like Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and
Equipment Qualifications like URS, Design Qualifications, Installation Qualifications and
Operation Qualifications as per requirement of ISO and US-FDA.
 Planning of Spares required and Indent rising and follow up with purchase department
 Assisting in Safety measures of the day to day work to maintain a healthy atmosphere.
 Having maintenance skills on Reactors ( SSR, MSR, GLR ), Centrifuges Piping – MS,
SS, PP, HDPE and Insulation – Cold & Hot.
 Dryers – Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer, Tray dryer, Fluid Bed Dryer, Agitated Nutsche
 Filter cum Dryer.
 Air Handling systems.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – 2008 60% From S.B.T.E. & T. A.P. Hyderabad
 S.S.C. at Col. D.S. Raju Z.P. High School, Poduru from -2005 with 67.16%

 Preventive maintenance activities of Air handling units, & De humidifiers.
 Preparation of documents like Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance of
HVAC systems
 Perform the validation activities like Air flow test, Hepa filter integrity test, Air flow
pattern test, Non viable particle count test, Decontamination/recovery test, Temperature &
Relative humidity mapping.
 Preparation of documents of all the above validation reports
