For the attention of Mr. Nebojsa Trbojevic

Subject: O + M Access/H + S Rules/Outstanding Zones

Dear Sir,

Further to your above referenced Letter, and in line with commitment made during
Commissioning Meeting NOC-CM No. 486, (2017-10-11), please find below a point by point reply,
(using the same nomenclature), against the issues raised.

1(a). Compressor Station.

These Flaps need Opening once per Year, and Closing once per Year.
This cannot be considered regular Access, and therefore we would propose TEKo provide
a suitable Mobile Platform, (Assembled in situ), inside the Compressor Station.

2(a). BA System – Unit A1 Pump Station Level -4.2m.

Access to the Handwheel Operated Knifegate Valves are only required to Re-Route the
Transfer Pipe on Pump Failure and not Routine Maintenance. As such, a Temporary
Scaffold Platform is deemed acceptable for infrequent Access.

2(b). BA System - Hydrocyclones.

This issue must be addressed from a Safety viewpoint, as well from a point of expedience,
whereby, it would be very difficult, to quickly Access the Valves. The Platforming is
presently in the final process of Manufacture. This item will Installed within the coming
month.
Detail Drawings were issued under our Letter Ref – TEKo A/KoA-VPC.H/CB.H-L-1614,
(2017-09-08).

3(a). Thick Slurry System - Valves 00TJ30S101 + 00TJ30S102.

As such, a Temporary Scaffold Platform is deemed acceptable for infrequent Access.

3(b). Thick Slurry System - Valves 00TH10S120 + 00TH20S120.
