In the reference first read above, Government have issued orders

approving a list of new Essential Medicines List and Additional Medcines List for
2013.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the M.D., APMSIDC has reported that in
the meeting of Standing Expert Committee which met on 07.03.2014 in the
Conference Hall, O/o Commissioner of Family Welfare, Sultan Bazar, Koti,
Hyderabad, after deliberate discussions, the following decisions were taken by
the Committee:-

“to include (126) new items in approved EML 2013, to change the
specifications of (25) items which were already included in EML 2013 and
also change the category of (45) items which were already approved in
EML, 2013.”

He has finally requested to issue an amendment to the G.O.Ist read above, as

per the above resolution of the Standing Expert Committee.

3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accept the

recommendation of the Standing Expert Committee to include the following
(126) new items in approved EML 2013, and also to change the specifications of
(25) items and also to change the category of (45) items which were already
approved in EML, 2013. Accordingly, the following amendment is issued to
G.O.Ms.No.204, HM & FW (M1) Dept, dated.17.12.2013:-
