CONCLUSION

 El proyecto se enfocó en el análisis de la bodega #8, con el fin de mejorar

sus procesos, al igual que la operatividad de la misma, poniendo en
práctica la teoría referente a gestión de bodegas. Teniendo como
resultado una bodega con un mayor orden y haciendo al sistema de
almacenamiento más eficiente, con esto se minimiza los costos de
operación y se mejora el servicio al cliente. Se plantea realizar
modificaciones tanto de estructura como de flujo de materiales, con el fin
de obtener una entrada y salida de material sin obstrucciones,
adicionalmente se debe tomar en cuenta que la inversión para este nuevo
sistema podría ser baja en comparación con los beneficios que se
obtendrían.

RECOMENDACIÓNES.

 Establecer áreas para los diferentes tipos de SKU’s con el fin de evitar la
aleatoriedad y optimizar el espacio en la bodega y así poder acceder de
una manera más rápida a los materiales.

 Para el traslado de los carretes en los montacargas, se debe emplear

pallets se separación entre estos, para evitar daños al material y a su vez
perdida para la empresa.

 Cuando se establezca el área para los materiales que están dados de baja
o en cuarentena, se debe tener en cuenta su ubicación para que no
genere tráfico en otras operaciones.
CONCLUSION

 The project focused on the analysis of warehouse # 8, in order to improve its

processes, as well as the operation of it, putting in practice the theory regarding
winery management. Resulting as a warehouse with greater order and making
the storage system more efficient, this minimizes operating costs and improves
customer service. It is proposed to make changes to both structure and flow of
materials, in order to obtain an entry and exit of material without obstructions,
additionally it must be taken into account that the investment for this new system
could be low in comparison with the benefits that are would get.

RECOMMENDATIONS.

 Establish areas for the different types of SKUs in order to avoid randomness and
optimize the space in the warehouse and thus be able to access the materials
more quickly.

 For the traslate more of one reel in a forklifts, pallets must be used between the
reels, to avoid damage to the material and in turn incur losses for the company.

 When will it is established the area for the materials that are written off or in
quarantine, its location must be taken into account so that it does not generate
traffic in other operations.
