    Scenario: It was assumed that during cargo loading operation, there was an oil spill on the
    Port side manifold no.3.
    Actions taken at
    Date Time Actions should be taken Actions taken by
    Deck Watchmen notice spill on deck. Deck watchmen
    OOW was immediately been informed. OOW
    General Alarm Raised, all crew proceed to muster station. OOW
    Terminal was immediately been informed about the oil spill
    Chief officer
    and stoppage of loading was directly made.
    QI notification was carried out ______ UTC. Call was made
    Master
    between the Master and Person in-charge __________ .
    Spill response
    All Crew at Muster Station, mustering was initiated.
    Team
    Proceed according to muster list, oil spill equipments were all Spill response
    collected at the scene. Team
    Spill response
    Commenced cleaned up.
    Team
    Reported to Master that cleaned up operation was
    Unit Leader
    completed.
    Terminal was Immediately informed that cleanup was already
    Chief officer
    completed.

    Drill Completed.
