Por el presente me dirijo a usted, visto el informe presentado por el

residente de obra Ing. Alfredo COLQUEHUANCA VILLALTA, solicitando el internamiento de
Cemento Portland Tipo IP de 42.5, según nomenclatura de selección SIE-SIE-6-2017-MPH/CS-1
para la OBRA: “CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL TERMINAL TERRESTRE CHIRIWANO DE LA
CIUDAD DE HUANCANE, DISTRITO, HUANCANE-HUANCANE-PUNO”, con código SNIP
355635, el cual se requiere el bien para concluir con las construcción del proyecto
mencionado, según cronograma de entrega.
