SUBJECT : Weekly Activity Report re: Traffic Phase-Week 4

DATE : July 1, 2018

1. References:
a. Standard Training Package for Field Training Program;
b. Patrol Phase Manual for Field Training Program and
c. Daily Activity Report of Police Trainees covering the period of June 25-
29, 2018.

2. Submitted is the after weekly patrol phase activity report of PSFTP CL 2017-
02 LIYAB DIWA India Company Team 6 undergoing Field Training Program
(FTP) at Baguio City Police Office Station 9 from June 25-29, 2018.

3. Please be informed that FTP Police Trainees of PSFTP CL 2017-02 LIYAB

DIWA India Company subdivided into 6 squads regularly reporting at BCPO
Station 1,6 and 9 from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and supervised
by 6 FTOs. Dismissal is at about 5:00pm while curfew time at their billeting
area is 6:00pm. TAPS is declared at about 10:00 pm.

4. Reveille and/or road run are conducted every Tuesday, Thursday and
Saturday from 4:00-6:00am with the supervision of the duty FTO.
5. From 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM the 6 squad
conducts patrol at their respective AOR, each squad was designated with
their respective AOR, wherein Team 6 was assigned at Station 9, Irisan,
Baguio City.
6. From June 25-29(Week 4), the following activities were undertaken:

a. The Police Trainees together with their FTO attended the courtesy call, for
accounting and inspection at Station 9.
b. Each team with their FTO patrolled their respective Area of Responsibility
(AOR).
c. An interactive discussion regarding on Administrative Machineries.
d. Company meeting of the Police Trainees under the supervision of the duty
FTO.
e. Devotions which is being conducted every night.
