 About Competition:-

PIXEL is an on the spot photography competition where you will be free to


capture anything you like on given topic, show us how it’s unique. Not only the picture,
but also the creativity of capture.

 Rules And Regulations:-


1) It is an individual competition.
2) The participant will have to submit his/her best 5 pictures within 1 hour on our mail.
3) Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
4) Only 2 participants allowed per college.
5) The participants have to take the picture within the pre-defined area.
6) The participants will have to report picture details (place taken, resolution etc.). No
editing is allowed.
Mystery Explorer: Book Review
“Create, Explore & Illuminate.”

Team: Individual participation. Per college 2 participants are allowed.


1. Student can select Book from the following theme:
Auto-Biography
Indian Culture
Digitalisation
Time Management
Leadership
Motivational
2. Student has to present review of selected book within 7 minutes.
3. Student has to bring one copy of book compulsory at the time of competition.
4. A student can select book of Gujarati, Hindi or English language.
Escape The Campus:-

 About Competition:-
Escape the campus is the Game in which participants have to solve the clues and
To get another clue they have to perform the task and when they get the clue they have to
return to the starting point and for ex, if there is 10 teams, the first 9 who are reporting
first they are going to find the second clue, the last team will be going to be eliminated.
And the last clue will leads team to get the key which is the key of the lock which is on
the gate of the campus.

 Rules And Regulations:-

1) Each team have minimum 2 and maximum 4 participants.


2) In case of higher number of teams the team will be selected on the basis of elimination
round
3) All the participants must stay together at all time and they should not allow to spilt up
to divide work.
4) The host college will not going to participate in the event to maintain transparency.
5) Other rules will be explained at the time of event.
Profit maker:

 About game:
Profit maker is the game in which participants have to sale the products in
front off judge, students, and other, who comes in market fair. When they are come to
your place, you have to convince them by your communication skill or representing skill.
If you want to sale your product outside the campus you can do it with secrecy.

 Rules and regulation


 Each group have 3 to 5 members.
 Product is giving on the spots. (books, fashion wear, stationary items, etc.)
 Participants have to decide the product name as well as brand name, which does
not exist in real world.
 Minimum price of selling is given to each group, they have to sale above the given
line of price, which is secrete.
 Participants have to bringing all necessary items for decorating their products
package.
 If judge or any other will like your product, they rub amounts in a box.
 If the product name or brand name is does not relevant with product features, the
group will out from competition.
 Whichever the amount is collect by group from above the given price is profit and
Winner will decide on the basis of profit percentage.
Rules and Regulations.

· A team should be of two members preferably having the knowledge of financial market.
Maximum two teams from each college shall participate in this event.
· Each team has to bring their own calculators.
· Decision taken by the committee will be considered as final.
· The event consists of two rounds.
If there are more than eight teams, the first round score shall be used as an elimination round.
· Total score of round 1 and 2 will be used to determine the winners

Round 1:
· It will be a quiz round based on capital market.
· Each right answer will fetch 2 marks and wrong answer will deduct 0.5 mark.
There will be total 30 questions.

Round 2:
▪ ten top scorer teams of first round will qualify for this round.
▪ Each team will be allotted virtual money Rs. 1,00,000
▪ All teams are required to respond to the simulated market and market events.
▪ At the end of the day the return on invested portfolio will be calculated.
▪ Judges decision will be final.

Debate

 About The Event:

Debate is contention in argument, dissension, controversy, especially a formal


discussion of subjects .

 Reasoning
 Evidence
 Organization
 Analysis
 Reputation & delivery
 Rules & regulations
 Two participants per team.
 There can be only one team from each college.
 Language: Hindi ,English
 Topic will be related to business problems / Indian economy/current
affairs.
 There will be three levels.
 Top four teams from the first round will proceed to next level.
 Each team get two minutes to speak about the topic.
 Judge will decide the top team as per their logical &problem solving
opinion.
About Competition:-

Entertainment show is individual event in that participate have show their talent to the
judges And entertain them.

Rules & Regulation:-

 This is individual event.


 There can be only 2 participate from each college.
 Participate have to show their talent within 4 minutes, after that they have to stop
performing.
 Group is not allowed to show their talent.
 Judges decision will be final decision.

V.L.Shah College of Commerce (Gujarati Medium) and Sutex College of Computer Application
is a self-financed college affiliated to the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.

Prof. V. B Shah Institute of Management presents Zeal 2019, on February 11st,2019. It’s been
14 year we are organizing management event and giving platform to students for showcasing
