Dear Tilden/Rock Terrace Community Neighbors,

This letter is to inform you that the crane for the Tilden/Rock Terrace Rev/Ex project is scheduled for
delivery this Saturday, February 2nd.

Transport of this large crane requires a SHA permit. As such, we have limited control over the date and
time of the crane mobilization.

We expect the crane to be delivered to the site at approximately 8:00AM this Saturday the 2nd.

The crane is delivered in sections and is comprised of 8 tractor trailers and a wheeled crane (over the
road) for assembly.

The crane will be assembled, and tractor trailers removed, on the same day.

The permitted route is the same route as our construction haul route (270 South to 187 to Tilden Lane).

Although this is an early Saturday morning delivery, we feel fortunate that SHA didn’t schedule this
transport for a middle of the night delivery as has been the case on previous projects.

As always, KellerCM will have personnel onsite to ensure a smooth delivery and to ensure delivery and set
up creates as little disturbance as possible.
