MMSorge - Healing Frequencies - Seven chakras, is a therapeutic
psycho-spiritual sound work (sound, soul and spirit) composed of a
collection of seven audio CDs. It was born with the purpose of
treatment, healing and well being of humanity. It was developed
through studies and research in the fields of science, music and

Introduction
When we harmonize the physical body, the subtle teachings of the

higher planes of the divine and human consciousness interact more
fluidly, bringing more health, wellness and spirituality to our physical
reality.
If our physical body is not in tune and harmony with our vital seven
chakras that regulate and manage the flow of our energies into the
physical plane, there is no way to feed ourselves of energy, inspiration
and vitality from our upper bodies above the physical level, because it
gets completely disharmonious and out of sync with the finer bodies.
Our role with this musical work is to use key frequencies that can
rebuild this communication bridge between matter and spirit.

When we harmonize our chakras treating them with the frequencies in

this collection of seven CDs, our vital energy flow is redistributed to
other secondary and minor chakras that irrigate all of our physical
body. The balanced distribution of Energy, Prana or Ki forms a power
grid of protection and shielding against disharmonious energies of the
universe. When this grid is damaged, psychological, mental, emotional
and behavioral disorders start to emerge, eventually resulting in
diseases somatized that settle in the physical body.
With the harmonization of the seven major chakras of our body, we

Each of the seven chakras is also connected to a group of vertebrae in

frequency octaves. When we synchronize it with the sound and light

Why does music elevate us? Why it is said that music is divine?
We need not be experts to answer it. Because music is feeling, music is

emotion, it is the vehicle by which we access our innermost and
deepest feelings.
Yes! So music is a bridge... Ahhh that's it! It’s a communication bridge.
Music is vibration, is frequency and those who study the frequencies

know the power they have. Many have seen and watched videos and
Power Point presentations on the experience of a Japanese scientist
Masaru Emoto with water crystals. By itself this experience is enough
to show us the power that music has on the water. Water is an
element naturally feminine, passive, adaptable to any situation,
environment or vibration. Music is action, movement, construction. Do
you realize here, fire and water fecundating the chaos, the same
principle of the supreme protruding beneath the world of men? And
just to freshen up our memories remember that our body is composed

of 70% of water, so you see the power that music has and the
responsibility it holds forming generations of people.
Music can lift us or sink us such is its subtlety. And music also works
our most hidden emotions.
Music sung together with the verb has power! Do not ever forget
that.
Few know that word and sex are intimately connected to the creation,
God sings his eternal cosmic verb to fecundate the waters of the
genesis or the chaotic waters of the deep cosmos and the universe, the
famous cosmic coitus of Shiva and Shakti, building Planets, Suns , Stars,
Planetary Systems and Galaxies, the Micro Cosmos inserted into the
Macro Cosmos and the Macro Cosmos inserted into the Micro Cosmos.

Might our eyes be opened to see why music, sex and verb are so
sacred and are all interconnected in the awakening of our
consciousness.
A pure couple, united by love and elevated music along with sexual
and alchemical labor immaculate, build their ascension and
purification bridge, their Jacob's stairway, their way back to their
Father’s chest.
But how many know how to use music, verb and sex for good? How
many use them consciously?
If we are aware of the power of music, we can combine it then with

our spiritual elevation, if we are not aware that music can lift us and
heal us, then we allow being taken for the masses that compose their
songs without any focus or attention, leading us to a progressive and
degenerative path until we reach the entropy that devours everything.

We will not comment here the merits of each musical style, musician
or composer whoever they are, everyone is free to make your choice,
here we only signal that there are choices and tunings, and you vibrate
what you are, you know?
An excellent exercise that we propose here is to be alert to the songs

we choose and hear throughout our life or to the phases of our life,
because human beings live phases and the more mature we become,
the more mature also our perception gets with experiences taught by
age, life and spirit.
A good start is to read their lyrics carefully and see what kind of
message it passes out there. If we have a bit of waking consciousness it
is already enough to topple by a "checkmate" 50% or even more of our
musical selection. Another tip is learn to feel the song and be aware of
what kind of feeling it will bring us.

There are lower sensations of discomfort, rejection, nuisance,

anguishes even the most subtle sensations that deal with our most
refined desires of seduction. An attuned and attentive mind can distill
the subtleties of ego, the poisons of the mind from purity of sound and
spirit.
There are three basic types of messages that a song can bring us.
The first type of message is one that lifts us and tune us on the higher
spheres of feelings and thoughts. It sings love, joy and peace. It values
the human being by opening his chakras, aligning and attuning the
body, soul and spirit, showing us that we are much more than just a
humanoid body, or extinctive and biological matter, we are the divine
spirit temporarily inhabiting this matter.
The music that elevates opens us to the Christic universe, so here we

become multiple and one at the same time, we are unity, but we are

also plurality resonating in the cosmos as a symphony, a single

multidimensional body united into the light of the cosmic Christ.
We become the Christic body in action, resonating octave by octave

synchronized with the creative source from which everything was born
and poured as a thin and divine dew rain, manifested through Mitra,
Metra or Metatron the architect of the connection, the constructor
between the unmanifested universe Father of all lights with the
manifested son universe where we exist.
Christ is the bridge between these two universes and the master Jesus
knowing the truth revealed by his internal Father taught it to his
disciples saying that you only come to the Father through the Son, the
cosmic Christ that is multiple and one at the same time.
Those few souls here in the land of men composing lyrics and music
with this focus and clarity are very close to the source. This is the real
function of divine music, this is the true power of the music of the

spheres : to reconnect and help human beings awaken their sleeping

consciences, you see?
The second type of message that music gives today is one of the world,
are the songs composed in the world and for the world, its function is
to condition and format us as system consumers, holding us to
behavior patterns and values focused on the interests of an era or
period to which live or have lived a certain society, these are the
famous hits from the 50, 60, 70, 80 and so on. They are usually geared
towards a sentimentality that bind us, addict us and condition us to
follow a commercial musical style, the "famous smash hits" that stick
in the minds of the most inattentive and then only for “God” to pull it
from inside our heads.
Can you see the damage it can do in people's subconscious? This is

total reprogramming and manipulation of the masses, not only the
music of the world has this power as well as all media or
communication vehicle such as radio, newspapers, television and the

internet. Why does the media only tell misfortunes, terrorisms and
violence? Is it made to condition us in fear in order to we forget that
the thinking, the feeling and love turned to peace and harmony
reconstruct the world? Or are they too lost and fallen in the deep
asleep of collective unconsciousness?
But back to the music, we do not want to raise flags about which styles
are good or bad, each one must be conscious enough to make your
choices, we just have here the responsibility to clarify that each one
follows the path he has chosen.
The third type of message deals with the dark and inverted side, dark
music that consciously manipulates everyone in the inversion of values
giving to darkness a false robe of light, coaxing people to adultery,
promiscuous sex, violence and the strengthening of human egos, from
the denser and more grotesque scales to the most subtle and refined
ones and it’s there that lies the "X" of the matter, because they end up
using the mass communication and media fallen system to launch their

seeds, even though everyone has their right to expression, they often
speak of love and peace, but totally conscious and awakened in evil
and for evil. Once our guard is open they introduce whatever they
want in our subconsciousness, we need to be careful, not everything
that glitters is gold.
Music is tone, is color, is feeling, is fire that prints subtly in our

subconscious and in our souls the mysteries of the spirit.
Music is the bridge, is the link that resonates on both the higher and
the lowest. It can vibrate in the celestial spheres or resonate in hell on
earth.
On what are you focused when you search for a song?
We are whatever we resonate, the outside is merely a reflection of our

internal, but if we change our focus, everything around us also changes
like magic.

to everything that goes in and out through our senses.

SOUND AND LIGHT
This universe where we live in is the result of condensed manifestation

of Sound and Light. Everything around us is pure condensed energy.
Humans and this three-dimensional universe we know today are
existing in this exact moment in a very small and narrow band of
vibration and manifestation. This small and narrow band of vibration
and manifestation is simply the result of denser vibrations of sound
and light and the denser reflection of this condensation is what we call
matter.
But then, who build or who built this reality? Our own mind! We are
the builders of our own reality. As we ascend and awaken our
consciousness we perceive and elevate our resonance and vibratory
pattern and so as a single body in motion we rebuild our reality to new
plans of vibration and existence. You see?

Within the perceptible and audible sound range to the human ear we
found a frequency line. This line acts from the gravest and denser pitch
to the sharpest and loud pitch. It can harmonize or disharmonize our
internal, spiritual, mental and emotional reality as well as our external
and physical reality. It was Pythagoras who ordered the most harmonic
frequencies of this sound line and put them in an increasing order
starting from the densest pitch to the most acute pitch, creating then
our musical scale. Likewise, this increasing order of vibration occurs at
higher and more elevated scales where we find the luminous spectra
and the color table.
See the rainbow it is a reflection in the external world of this natural

TRANSFORMING SOUNDS IN COLORS

"Light is an electromagnetic wave (transversal) that can propagate in

the emptiness while the sound is a mechanical wave (longitudinal) that
need a medium to propagate (air, for example). Both need a space of
time between the issuance and the reception.
In air, the sound propagates at a velocity of 344 m / s and the light at a

speed of 300,000,000 m / s.

The sound waves perceived by the human ear range approximately

between 20 Hz and 20 kHz with wavelengths between 17.15 and
0.0172 nm. The perceivable electromagnetic waves by its turn from the
human eye range from 430 THz to 750 THz with wave lengths between
740 and 380 nm.
Once made these observations of the physical characteristics of the

two elements, then we will pass to the question of their association.
It is worth to say that first we will convert the wavelength of the colors
on frequency values using an equation that relates the frequency,
length and speed of a wave f = v / λ.
Where:
v = velocity of propagation of light in the medium (the speed of light in
air is equal to 3.0 x 108m / s).
λ = lambda = wavelength (in meters).
f = the frequency (in Hz).

However, this simple conversion is not enough to resolve the

mechanical issue that the human eye is not capable of analyzing light
in frequency the same way that the ear can analyze the sound. Many
different distributions of wavelengths may appear white to the eye.
The color is a electrochemical manifestation of an entire sensory

system, eyes, nerves, brain, and not a property of light, so the
transition between their nuances are not as clear as they occur in
musical notes.
When we take a musical note as reference, for example, the “A” 440Hz,
and doubling again and again until we get the frequency within the
visible range we will get the same note an octave higher.
After repeating the operation 40 times (40 octaves above) we will find
the value of 484 x 10 ^ 12 Hz
If we look at the table of color frequencies we will realize that it will be

a color between red and orange.

sources and we made a short summary about the chakras and their
connections to our body.
In this short summary you will find: Name in sanskrit and english,
vibrational frequency and musical note, mantra, number of petals, its
correspondence with Sephirot of Kabbalah, its correspondence with
the gospel churches and the seven seals of Revelation, location, color,
element, geometry, essential oils and fragrances, gems, food, organs
governed by each chakra, influences on physical and emotional, their
positive and negative qualities, life stage and what is its function.
You will also find in this summary which are the imbalances that they
can bring to our physical body when they are out of tune and harmony
and which are the behaviorist characteristics when our emotional
senses are in equilibrium our when our emotional senses are out of
equilibrium.

WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?
Chakras (The Seven Energy Centers)
Chakras are energy and psychic centers of the physical and subtle
bodies ( perispirit until Atma ). They are in constant activity, although
their presence is little perceived consciously.
The Sanskrit word "chakra" can be translated as: wheel, circle or

motion. According to the teachings and pictorial representations of
these energy centers, it can be said that they are formed by a center
with petals. It is by the chakras that the subtle energies (prana) travel
in the body. Using a simplified language, the chakras are catalyst and
transformers centers of Prana (electromagnetic fields encircling the
Earth through its LINES).
These energy wheels are located on the second of seven bodies (also
known as: perispirit, etheric body, psychic body, etheric double)
between the physical and astral bodies and they have their physical
counterparts.

In Tantra and Buddhism, the chakras are located inside and outside the
body. The kundalini, by its turn, is life energy, also known as strength
"ki" or "chi" by the orientals which activates the chakras, and moves
inside the energy body activating specific functions in the physical
body. The semblance of the chakras can be described as a circular disk
of light (approximately five centimeters in diameter, in unprepared
people) that rotates continuously. Each one has a color, and mantra
element that stimulates them.
The seven major chakras are associated with the glandular system of
the physical body. Moreover, the chakras also function as centers of
caption, containment and distribution of energy (prana, spiritual
energy, life force, chi) for all bodies (physical, astral, mental,
intuitional, spiritual, monadic and divine).
The best known and most important chakras are seven, but there are
more spread around the body (palms and tongue - transmitters, soles -
receptors). The seven major lie along the spine, arranged vertically.
Each chakra acts on specific functions, upon the reception of internal
and external energies. They are divided into three groups: Lower,

Medium or Intermediate and Higher, We also have three nodes to be

broken or loosened, which are located in the First, Fourth and Sixth
chakras, these in turn order the ascent of Kundalini.
The Lowers, more associated with matter, are Muladhara,

Swadisthana and Manipura. The Medium is Anahata, associated with
feelings. And the Superiors are Vishuddha, Ajna (Agnya) and Sahasrara,
which are associated with mind and enlightenment.
The chakras never stop turning, and obey their rotation clockwise or
counterclockwise, depending on the quality of each person’s energy.
When rotated clockwise, the movement is right sided, to the right and
is characterized by:
- Having centrifugal force (outward, expansion);

- Being less susceptible to external influences;
- Do not load miasmas; - Being a radiator pole (inside out);
- Produces siddhis (intuition).

When rotating counterclockwise, the motion is left-sided to the left

and is characterized by:
- Having centripetal force (inward concentration);

- Capturing external energies, keeping the body opened;
- mediumship, sensitivity;
- Ability to make accurate diagnoses;
- Power of caption (carries miasmas).
The left-sided movement allows mediumship, but requires a lot of

physical and mental effort, causing loss of prana. Who loses a lot of
energy "survives" from the energy of others. There are many
practices that make the chakras rotate clockwise and
counterclockwise.
The most important thing is to get them to move faster and faster, but
for this to occur, awareness and practice are necessary to stimulate
the chakras.

–- Kundalini Awakening through vocalization of Mantras and Maithuna

(sacred sexual practice; Hieros Gamos, Sahaja Maituna, Sexual
Alchemy).
Note: Kundalini awakens when we combine practice of mantras with

sexual alchemy.
• External Method

stimulated by the “OM” mantra because it has a force that attracts
and stimulates the rise of kundalini.
Note: The external method serves as an energy catalyst. To awaken

the kundalini is required to practice the Hieros Gamos, Sahaja
Maituna or Sexual Alchemy in a pure way, free from all human
selfishness.

There are several different and independent routes through which this
energy circulates. The chakras are the points where these energy
routes are closer to the body surface.
Imagine that the chakras are a lamp with an outlet on the side. They
both indicate the amount of energy in that particular system as they
can be used to recharge the system power. There are many channels
and a wide divergence as to the exact number. Some say there are 32,
others, 114 and yet others 88,000, but all come into agreement that
the main are seven.

Vital energy
The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel", "disc",
"center" or "plexus". In this way they are perceived by clairvoyants as
vortices (swirls) of life energy, spirals spinning at high speed, vibrating
at vital points of our body. The chakras are points of intersection
between various levels and through them our etheric body is
manifested most strongly in the physical body.
The Vedas (5000 BC) contain the earliest records about chakras known
by mankind. When they were written, the Yoga already were
systematizing the knowledge and energy work of chakras.
There are seven major chakras, arranged from the base of the spine to
the crown of the head and each corresponds to one of the seven major
glands of the human body. Each of these chakras are in close
correspondence with certain physical functions, vital, mental,
emotional or spiritual. In a healthy body, all these vortices rotate at a
large speed, allowing the prana to flow upwards through the
endocrine system. But if one of these centers begins to decrease the

rotational speed, the energy flow is inhibited or blocked - and this

results in aging or disease.
Chakras are connected by a main etheric tube (Nadi) called

"Sushumna" along the central axis of the human body, where there
are two other alternate channels "Ida" that exits from the base of the
spine to the left of Sushumna and "Pingala" to the right (in the woman
these positions are reversed).
•Nadi Ida
– Left channel, carries lunar currents, feminine, visual and emotional
nature, life production, mother energy, left breath that provides
stability for life. The left nostril is open during the day, it balances the
solar energy creating a balance for itself, making us more relaxed and
mentally alert.
•Nadi Pingala
– Right channel, carries solar currents, masculine nature, destructive
energy deposit, also purifier, the nostril on the right side is masculine,

electrical, verbal and rational in nature. Makes the physical body more
dynamic, efficient and active during nighttime hours, increasing health.
When the couple retains sexual orgasm without repression and
consciously, and jointly develop a work dedicated to love the humanity
and to the elimination of egos, faults and defects, they raise the
kundalini, nurturing the chakras through Ida and Pingala.
The Nadis lead and regulate the "Prana" (yin and yang energies) in
concentric spirals. These Nadis are the main among thousands that run
throughout the body in all directions, lines, points and meridians
turning clockwise. For Hindus the Nadis are sacred, is through
"Sushumna" that the yogi leaves his physical body, comes in contact
with the higher planes and brings to his physical brain the memory of
their experiences.
Chakras and Tantra or Tantrism

The chakras are also linked to tantra or tantrism. The Kundalini, the
igneous energy lies dormant three laps and a half into the first and
basic chakra, the Muladhara.

The goal of tantric practices is the ascent of the kundalini through the
spine, this procedure occurs in a very specific way on the union of a

Kundalini
The first chakra, known in the West as Base Chakra or Root Chakra is
responsible for maintaining the flow of energy up from the earth to
the body. Emotionally it connects the person to the present world
being responsible for the good mood. This chakra also exerts a strong
influence on others pumping earth energy (telluric) upward toward the
other energy centers.
There are secondary chakras in the feet, Plantar, which relate directly
to the Base Chakra being the responsible for the perfect energy
exchange between the body and the earth. The telluric energy
absorbed by these three chakras, when modified by the Base Chakra,
on his way up to the other chakras is called Kundalini.
Eastern techniques and hermetic descriptions report the flow of this

Currently, with the universalization of knowledge, there is a tendency
to consider the convergence of the concepts of Indian and Chinese
cultures on these energy centers (chakras), and nadis. The nadis would

The researches of Hiroshi Motoyama in Osaka, with the human
