(1) Inthis Act, “accountability agreement” means the accountability agreement that the Minister and the Super Agency are required to enter into under subsection 26 (1) (“entente de responsabilisation”) “health sector organization” means, (@) a hospital within the meaning of the Public Hospitals Act, (6) a licensee within the meaning of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007, (c) a local health integration network, but only with respect to, (i) professional services, personal support services and homemaking services as defined in the Home Care and Community Services Act, 1994 rovided by or arranged by a local health integration network under that Act, Page 4 of 81
