8. Conflict of interest in a regular lawyer-client relationship
9. Conflict of interest of corporate lawyers
10. Limitations/restrictions of government lawyers in the practice of law
11. Notarial Law
12. Acquisition of properties subject of litigation
13. The lawyer and the moneys or properties of clients
14. Terminating and establishing attorney-client relationship
15. Proper conduct of lawyer and client in a lawyer-client relationship
16. Criticisms against the courts/judges/justices

Class rules:

A. Final grade: 30% class standing [attendance(10%) + recitations(20%)] + 30% midterm exam + 40%
final exam
B. Failure due to absences: at least 12 hours of class time
C. Dress code: no wearing of shorts or sleeveless clothes
D. Students must choose a permanent seat for the entire duration of the semester
E. Midterm and Final Examinations will start on time
F. No use of cellphones or any electronic gadgets or laptop during class
