As part of Accor's commitment to implement one of Accor's visions, to be the best employer for
its employees, each of Accor managed hotel shall recognize the staff who has shown excellent
performance. Recognition shows employees that they are valuable contributors for the growth
of the business. One of the recognition programs for employees is to conduct annual program
i.e. Best Employee of the Year ("BEOTY"). The BEOTY program is a continuation of the
BEOTM program which is aimed to identify the high potential employee to be developed within
Accor organization.
Sebagai bagian dari komitmen Accor untuk melaksanakan salah satu visi Accor, yaitu menjadi
perusahaan yang terbaik bagi karyawannya, setiap hotel yang dikelola Accor harus memberikan
penghargaan kepada karyawan yang telah menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik. Penghargaan
karyawan menunjukkan bahwa mereka adalah kontributor yang berharga bagi pertumbuhan bisnis.
Salah satu program penghargaan bagi karyawan adalah mengadakan program tahunan yaitu Karyawan
Terbaik Tahun ini ("BEOTY"). Program Karyawan Terbaik Tahun ini adalah kelanjutan dari program
Karyawan Terbaik Bulan Ini yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karyawan yang berpotensi tinggi
untuk dikembangkan di organisasi Accor.

2.1. AT HOTEL LEVEL

2.1.1 Eligible Employee to be nominated:


Karyawan yang berhak untuk dinominasikan:
2.1.1.1 Employee who has won the Best Employee of the Month in the ongoing year.
Karyawan yang menang sebagai Karyawan Terbaik Bulan ini pada tahun berjalan.
2.1.1.2 Employee has a valid employment agreement with the respective hotel or
property.
Karyawan mempunyai perjanjian kerja yang masih berlaku dengan hotel atau properti.
2.1.1.3 Employee working in front of the house and back of the house.
Karyawan bekerja di bagian front of the house dan back of the house.

2.1.2 Criteria Candidate BEOTY:


Kriteria Kandidat BEOTY:
2.1.2.1. Having good attendance record for the past 3 (three) months.
Mempunyai catatan kehadiran yang baik selama 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir.
2.1.2.2. Well groomed.
Berpenampi/an baik
2.1.2.3. Have not received any reprimand or any sanction at the time the employee
being nominated as candidate BEaTY.
Tidak menerima surat peringatan atau sanksi apapun pada saat karyawan
dinominasikan menjadi kandidat BEOTY.
2.1.2.4. Have attended the following training:
Telah mengikuti pe/atihan berikut ini:
i) Basic Corporate Customer Service (e.g: Welcoming the Guest/Key of Luxury
Experience/Be Close, etc).
ii) Basic Hygiene and Food Safety
iii) Fire Evacuation Drill / Fire-Life-Safety ("FLS")
2.1.2.5. Good English Skill.
Terampi/ berbahasa Inggris.

2.1.3 Human Resources (UHR") Department shall initiate the BEaTY selection program
within the hotel/property. .

2.1.4 The selection program shall be conducted in 2 (two) representatives:

2.4.1. Front of the House, represented by the following departments:

2.4.2. Back of the House, represented by the following departments:


Karyawan garda belakang, diwakili oleh departemen sebagai berikut:
a. Administration and General
b. Food and Beverage Product (all position)
c. Housekeeping (all position)
d. Engineering
e. Accounting and Finance
f. Human Resources
g. Security

2.1.5 Hotel which number of employee is less than 150 (one hundred fifty) may conduct the
BEOTY program with 1 (one) representatives.
Hotel yang memiliki jumlah karyawan kurang dari 150 (seratus lima puluh) dapat
melaksanakan program BEaTY dengan 1 (satu) perwaki/an.

2.1.6 The complete Form BEOTY Candidate should be submitted to HR Department at the
latest 1 (one) month prior the selection day.
Formulir Kandidat BEaTY yangn sudah diisi lengkap harus diserahkan kepada Departemen
HR selambat-Iambatnya 1 (satu) bulan sebelum hari seleksi.

2.1.7 Each HOD is responsible to prepare and support his/her candidate for the selection
process.
Setiap HOD bertanggung jawab untuk mempersiapkan dan mendukung kandidatnya untuk
memasuki proses seleksi

2.1.8 HR Department will do the review and check of each candidate's profile in order to
ensure that the candidate has fulfilled all the eligibility and criteria as set up in point
2.1.and 2.2 above.
Departemen HR akan melakukan tinjauan dan pemeriksaan atas profit setiap kandidat dengan
tujuan untuk memastikan bahwa kandidat telah memenuhi semua persyaratan dan kriteria
sebagaimana yang ditetapkan da/am butir 2.1 dan 2.2 di atas.

2.1.9 HR Department shall announce the name or profile of candidates BEOTY and put their
pictures at staff notice board 2 (two) weeks before the selection.
Departemen HR akan mengumumkan nama atau profit kandidat Karyawan Terbaik Tahun Ini
dan menempatkan foto mereka di papan pengumuman karyawan 2 (dua) minggu sebelum
seleksi. .

2.1.10 The Panel of Juries shall consist of General Manager ("GM"), Resident Manager
("RM") or Executive Assistant Manager ("EAM") and HODs or at least the Assistant
HOD from each department.
Dewan juri terdiri dari General Manager ("GM'J, Resident Manager ("RM'J atau Executive
Assistant Manager ("EAM") dan HOD atau setidak-tidaknya Asisten HOD dari masing-masing
departemen.

2.1.11 HR Department is responsible for the technical arrangement in this BEaTY selection
such as:
Departemen HR bertanggung jawab untuk pengaturan teknis dalam seleksi BEaTY ini, seperti:
a. Prepare the meeting room for candidate's assessment.
Menyiapkan ruang pertemuan untuk melakukan penilaian kandidat.
b. Inform the Panel of Juries and all BEaTY candidates regarding the date, time and
venue for selection process.
Memberitahukan dewan juri dan seluruh kandidat BEaTY mengenai tanggal, waktu dan
tempat untuk melakukan proses seleksi.
c. Prepare the necessary documents for the selection process such as evaluation
form, etc.
Menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan untuk proses seleksi seperti formulir
evaluasi dan sebagainya.

2.1.12 Selection Test:


Tes Seleksi
2.1.12.1. Written Test - 60%
Tes Tertulis - 60%.
2.1.12.2. Presentation (topic to be defined by the Panel of Juries) - 20%
Presentasi (topik akan ditentukan oleh Dewan Juri) - 20%.
2.1.12.3. Question and Answer in English - 20%
Tanya Jawab dalam Bahasa Inggris - 20%.

2.1.14 The respective HOD or Assistant HOD shall be excluded from the Panel of Juries
when the candidate from his/her department is being assessed. HOD or Assistant
HOD is allowed to be in the assessment room, however he/she can not give any direct
comments or appraisal upon his/her candidate. HOD or Assistant HOD may do the
evaluation with his/her candidate after the assesment separately.
HOD atau Asisten HOD yang bersangkutan harus dikecualikan dari Dewan Juri ketika kandidat
dari Departemennya di nilai. HOD atau Asisten HOD diijinkan untuk berada di dalam ruang
penilaian, namun ia tidak dapat memberikan komentar atau penilaian secara langsung atas
kandidatnya. HOD atau Asisten HOD dapat melakukan evaluasi setelah penilaian secara
terpisah.

2.1.15 Candidates with the highest score on the selection test will be the winners of BEaTY
representing Front of the House and Back of the House.
Kandidat dengan nilai tertinggi dalam tes seleksi akan menjadi pemenang dari Karyawan
Terbaik Tahun Ini mewakili Front ofthe House dan Back ofthe House.

2.1.16 HR Department will announce the winner of BEaTY in the staff notice board and the
profile picture of the winner shall be put in hotel's public area.
Departemen HR akan mengumumkan pemenang Karyawan Terbaik Bulan ini di papan
pengumuman karyawan dan foto profit pemenang harus diletakkan di area umum.

2.1.17 The winner of BEaTY at hotel level shall, at least, received the following rewards:
Pemenang Karyawan Terbaik Tahun ini, sekurang-kurangnya, menerima hadiah penghargaan
berikut:
a. Certificate BEaTY
Sertifikat Karyawan Terbaik Tahun Ini.
b. Prize as per hotel policy
Hadiah berdasarkan kebijakan hotel.
c. Nominated to participate the BEaTY selection in regional and country level.
Dinominasikan untuk mengikuti seleksi Karyawan Terbaik Tahun ini di tingkat wilayah dan
negara.

2.2. AT REGIONAL LEVEL

2.2.1 Eligible Employee to be nominated:


Karyawan yang berhak untuk dinominasikan:
2.1.1.1 Employee who has won the Best Employee of the Year at hotel level in the
ongoing year.
Karyawan yang menjadi Karyawan Terbaik Tahun ini di tingkat hotel da/am tahun
berja/an.
2.1.1.2 Employee has a valid employment agreement with the respective hotel or
property.
Karyawan mempunyai perjanjian kerja yang masih berlaku dengan hotel atau properti.

Training Managers shall initiate the BEOTY selection program within regional level.
Departemen Human Resources ("HR") Accor Indonesia bersama dengan Regional/Senior
Training Manager harus memulai program seleksi BEOTY di tingkat wilayah.

2.2.4 Selection for Regional level is only applicable for Accor managed hotels within
Indonesia which region consists of:
Seleksi untuk tingkat Wi/ayah berlaku untuk hotel-hotel yang dikelola Accor di Indonesia yang
terdiri dari wilayah sebagai berikut:
a. Regional Sumatera and Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung.
b. Regional Central Java, East Java and Pontianak.
c. Regional Bali,Lombok,Balikpapan and Makassar.

2.2.5 Selection in Regional level does not applicable for Accor managed hotels in Malaysia
and Singapore. They will undergo directly to country selection due to limited number of
hotels in each country.
Seleksi di tingkat wi/ayah tidak berlaku untuk hotel-hotel yang dike/ala Accor yang berada di
Malaysia dan Singapore. Mereka akan langsung mengikuti seleksi negara karena keterbatasan
jumlah hotel di masing-masing negara.

2.2.6 The requirement for selection program in Regional level shall refer to point 2.1.4 and
2.1.5 of this section.
Persyaratan untuk program se/eksi di tingkat Wi/ayah merujuk pada butir 2.1.4 dan 2.1.5 dari
peraturan ini.

2.2.7 Hotel shall fill in and submit the form of Profile Candidate BEOTY together with other
necessary documents as required to HR Department Accor MIS at the latest 2 (two)
weeks prior the selection day.
Hotel harus mengisi dan menyerahkan formulir Profil Kandidat BEOTY bersama dengnan
dokumen-dokumen lainnya sebagaimana yang disyaratkan kepada Departemen HR Accor MIS
selambat-/ambatnya 2 (dua) minggu sebelum hari pemilihan.

2.2.8 Each hotel is responsible to prepare and support its candidate for the selection

2.2.9 HR Department Accor MIS in coordination with the appointed host hotel will be
preparing the technical arrangement such as:

a. Prepare the meeting room for candidate's assessment.

and venue for selection process.
Memberitahukan GM, HRM dan Dewan Juri yang terkait mengenai tangga/, waktu dan

c. Prepare the necessary documents for the selection process such as evaluation
form, etc.
Menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan untuk proses seleksi seperti formulir
evaluasi dan sebagainya.

2.2.10 The Panel of Juries shall at least consist of Director of Human Resources Accor MIS
(UDOHR"), HR Team of Accor Corporate Office, Senior Training Managers ("TM"),
Delegates General Manager (uGM") and Human Resources Manager (UHRM")from
hotel level.
Dewan juri terdiri dari Director of Human Resources Accor MIS ("DOHR"), HR Team of Accor
Corporate Office, Senior Training Managers ("TM"), Perwakilan General Manager ("GM") dan
Human Resources Manager ("HRM'') from hotel level.. .

2.2.11 The selection tests shall refer to point 2.1.12, 2.1.13 and 2.2.15 of this section.
Tes seleksi akan mengacu pada butir 2.1.12,2.1.13 dan 2.2.15 dari peraturan ini.

2.2.12 The respective GM or HRM shall be excluded from the Panel of Juries when the
candidate from his/her hotel is being assessed. However, GM or HRM is still allowed
to be in the assessment room,. but he/she can not give any direct comments or
appraisal upon his/her candidate. GM or HRM may do the evaluation with his/her
candidate after the assesment separately.

2.2.13 The winner of BEOTY at Regional level shall be eligible to participate in the BEOTY
selection in Country level.

2.3. AT COUNTRY LEVEL

2.3.1 Eligible employee to be nominated and the criteria shall refer to points 2.2.1
and.2.2.2 of this section.
Karyawan yang berhak dinominasikan dan kriterianya harus mengacu pada butir 2.2.1 dan
2.2.2 dari peraturan ini.

2.3.2 HR Department Accor MIS shall manage and determine the implementation of the
BEOTY selection program within Country level.
Departemen HR Accor MIS akan mengatur dan menentukan pelaksanaan seleksi program
BEOTY di tingkat Negara.

2.3.3 Selection for Country level consists of:


Seleksi untuk tingkat Negara terdiri dari:
a. Malaysia.
b. Indonesia.
c. Singapore.

2.3.4 The selection program at Country level shall refer to point 2.2.6, 2.2.7, 2.2.8 and
2.2.9 of this section.
Program seleksi di tingkat Negara harus mengacu pada butir 2.2.6, 2.2.7, 2.2.8 dan 2.2.9
dari peraturan ini.

2.3.5 The Panel of Juries shall at least consist of:

2.1.12.1 BEOTY Indonesia: Vice President Accor MIS ("VP"), Director of Operations
("DOP") and DOHR .
2.1.12.2 BEOTY Malaysia and Singapore: DOHR, HR Team of Accor Corporate
Office and HRM from hotel level.

2.3.6 Selection Test:

2.3.8 The respective GM or HRM shall be excluded from the Panel of Juries when the

2.3.9 The winner of BEOTY at Country level shall be entitled to re.ceive the following
rewards:

a. Certificate BEOTY Country level
Sertifikat Karyawan Terbaik tingkat Negara
b. Career Development Program amounting US$ 2,000.-
Program Pengembangan Karir sebesar US$ 2.000,-
c. Participate in the Textures of Accor MIS selection.

2.3.10 Selection for Textures of Accor MIS shall be arranged by Accor Corporate Office
level.
Seleksi untuk Textures of Accor MIS akan diatur oleh Accor Corporate Office.

2.3.11 The winner of Textures of Accor MIS shall be entitled to receive the following
rewards:
Pemenang dari Textures of Accor MIS berhak menerima penghargaan sebagai berikut:
a. Certificate Textures of Accor MIS.
Sertifikat Textures of Accor MIS.
b. Career Development Program amounting US$ 2,000.-
Program Pengembangan Karir sebesar US$ 2.000,-

2.3.12 The winner and respective management of the hotel shall be responsible to plan the
career development program and submit the plan in written to DOHR.
Pemenang dan manajemen hotel terkait bertanggung jawab dalam merencanakan program
pengembangan karir dan menyerahkan rencana tersebut secara tertulis kepada DOHR.

2.3.13 The career development program will be expired within 1 (one) year since the date of
selection and therefore can not be claimed after.
Program pengembangan karir tersebut akan hangus dalam waktu 1 (satu) tahun terhitung
sejak tanggal seleksi dan karenanya tidak dapat di minta kembali.
