EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Marketing is the delivery of customer satisfaction at a profit .Customer is a person, who is
purchasing a product for consumption from a seller .Customer satisfaction is an ultimate aim of
any business .Both survival and growth of business depends on customer satisfaction.

Marketers hold that “The satisfied customer is our best advertisement”

Customer is the central points of all marketing activities revolve around him satisfaction of
customer needs and wants is the prime objectives of all marketing activities. Knowledge
objectives of all marketing activities. Knowledge of customer satisfaction is vital for a firm to
achieve its marketing objectives .Customer satisfaction deals with the characteristics of human
behavior.

VBC FAL company is successful is satisfying the consumer with their products .Under any
circumstances the sales picked up satisfactorily .They started producing as per to meet the
requirements of consumers. So the present research was mainly focused on the customer
satisfaction towards VBC-FAL

PREFACE

This book contains the project report on “A STUDY OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF


VBC FERRO ALLOYS Ltd.” and submits for to All India Management Association-CME. The
specific contents of the text are as follows:

Chapter 1 gives an introduction to the project, what is the need for this project, objective and
scope of the project, what type of sampling design use in this project report and what are the
limitations of the project.

Chapter 2 includes Ferro Alloys industry profile .Problems faced by Manganese Ferro alloy
industry ,demand analysis of Ferro alloys ,production of power and industrial demand from
government ,production of world Ferro alloys ,manufacture of Ferro silicon and high carbon
Ferro chrome and also contains the theoretical study which contains the details about consumers,
consumer decisions making process and customer satisfaction.

Chapter 3 contains the company profile i.e., VBC-FAL company profile which includes the
parameters to satisfy customers, procedure for attending customer complaints, marketing
department structure , Business Divisions and corporate milestones .

Chapter 4 contains the data interpretation and analysis of the project which contains table and
graphical representation of the study.

Chapter 5 contains the total summary of the project, what are the findings from the data
interpretation, suggestions of the project

Chapter 6 contains questionnaires of the project, the project reference books, journals and
websites and annexure of the project.

This project gives me a good experience in real time experience. I hope that this book will help
me in future reference and Interview purpose
