1. Share your opinion what might be the new trend or new idea of CSR ?
Answer:
In our opinion, CSR needs to build many bridge in many location that aren’t get attention from
the government. In a few of location often seen on the tv, childrens who want to go to school
must take tens kilometres to reach their school, due to there is no bridge exist to shorten their
trip. Childrens must walk and board the ship . time to go to school reach 5 hours more or less.
Not only doing contribution for children and students from scholarship, or plant a thousand trees,
but, with CSR people get easy in transportation and increased mobilitation the citizen on that
area. CSR can also repair the bridge that not feasible to use and dangerous to crossed over. There
are many cases about ruined of bridge aren’t handled by the government. From that, CSR can
help for funds, materials and hiring citizens. It means, CSR really help to build and repair the
bridge and also increased the economics and mobilitation of citizen on that area. An example,
there’s a ruined bridge in Ciliman River in Lebak, Banten. That suspension bridge connecting
Seberang Mustari Village and Cicaringin Village. Just consist of a long rope , students on that
village must crossed over the river everyday when go to the school and when they going home.
Life must be useful for others. So CSR there for help other.

2. What do you think about infamous Indonesian quotes said “Jujur ajur”
if we apply it in business fields?
Answer:
In business fields, the company must be honest and full responsibility to every customers so
there isn’t people who incur losses. Don’t only reach the profit but, we have to make customers
satisfied and want to order again with that company. In life, a lot of us see that we became
victims of dishonesty in business, good in business goods or service. The business aren’t last
long if there is dishonesty, because honesty is the main capital for gaining in confidence.
Honesty demands give opportunities and trust from customers. And business man must compete
with fair and sportive to other business man. So, there isn’t being dropped by the others. As a
seller or business man, we should be honest an offer of goods and services to the quality and a
good price. Customers who trust the company is the principle of the business. Because if there
are customers who feel betrayed, of course the customers are turning to other products.
3. Will you be a “Whistle Blower” if you know a wrong doing in your
company ? Why and why not?
Answer:
Of course yes. I will be a “Whistle Blower” if I know a wrong doing in my company. Whistle
blower is a person who exposes and kind of information or activity that is deemed illegal, an
ethical or not correct within an organization there is either private or public. The reason is be
honest is a part of business ethics and absolutely every wrong doing must be cleared with the
right way. Participant from institutions or organization which report the wrong doing to the
authorities. In general, every wrong doing means breaking the law, rules , and terms which is a
threat for everyone. The scandal of the company isn’t concern financial, but everything who
breaking the law and threat for the citizen.
