Affidavit for Newly Discovered Evidence

Request for New Trial

Comes Now, Daton Degnide in Federal proceedings and pursuant to the Federal
Rule 33; and with compliance with local rules of the court; Moves this honorable
court to; Affidavit for Newly Discovered Evidence Request for New Trial and
asserts the forgoing.
1). That Mr. Denide is an Diplomatic Resident, and resides within the
Jurisdiction of the Government of USIC.

2). That the law orchestrated for Officers or Residents living within the
Jurisdiction are subjected the Juris Rules and Procedure.

3). The Montevideo Convection of 1933 has authorized the action of states to
separate peacefully without violating any rules recognized by each state.

4). However, the definition as to “Distribution” is consistent as to the Black

Law dictionary.

a). Dis: failure to act, or a part from.

b). Tribute: to pay a tax to the particular sovereign government.

5). The Government of USIC has not enacted any law to subject any Citizen,
Resident or Member under such jurisdiction to require to pay any Tax
pertaining to a chemical substance manufactured by the Federal
Government.

6). The Newly discovered evidence pertaining to this affidavit shall be entered
upon this Court, and the Subject released to the Jurisdiction of the
Government of USIC located in the Black Belt Region of the United
States.

(see Title 22 USIC 31.2 (commitment to the Black Belt region of United
States).

7) The Federal Government may continue its investigation as to the Law of The
Government of USIC, and that international courts have recognized under
full faith and credit that a citizen belonging to a sovereign jurisdiction may
be subjected to punishment of the law of a foreign government, if the
particular law at hand is a violation of the Juris Rules and Procedures or
