Capacity Planning Engineer,​ Micron, Boise, ID ​January 2018 – Present
■ Assist in the development of the Facility Capacity Planning System (FCPS) software by gathering and
interpreting the program requirements from multiple parties to write user stories for the development team.
■ As the FCPS product owner my responsibilities include: assist the development team, test functionality of

program, development of training materials, and communicate of current status to management.


■ Lead the quarterly system capacity planning and analysis to determine current/future system loads and ensure

available capacity for forecasted tools. Developed a Tableau report to track remaining work to complete
quarterly planning and status of the systems’ capacity.
■ Analyze utility data for systems that are reaching capacity to assist engineering to discover potential causes and

interpret discrepancies.
 
Continuous Improvement Intern​,​ B ​ lackhawk, Manhattan, MT​ May 2016 -December 2016
■ Designed and implemented inventory management system for molded holster components, created visual

signal process for reorder points, developed standard work instructions, and trained employees on the system.
■ Designed denesting machine in SolidWorks for kit line clamshell trays, used PLC for interacting components,

overall creating a pacemaker for the line, decreasing process time, and reducing the amount of repetitive
movements for employees.
Radio Frequency Intern​,​ V ​ erizon Wireless, Schaumburg, IL​ June 2015 -August 2015
■ Monitored cell site capacity to identify solutions for 150 sites, developing a process for RF engineers to use the

new system to ensure that all team members use the system in the most efficient way.
■ Developed a new process to allow faster and easier site evaluation for new technology additions. This process

provided better identification of desirable KPI’s after activation, as well as better documentation of
information.

Project Management Intern​,​ V ​ erizon Wireless, Aurora, CO ​May 2014 – May 2015
■ Developed a process for the Remote Electrical Tilt deployment to determine a streamlined solution for all

teams involved. During the 10-month duration of the project, 250 sites were deployed RET functioning.
■ Developed a new project tracking system to standardize the current tracking system.

■ First place for the 2015-2016 national design competition for the College Industry Council for Material

-Chapters first year at MSU, responsibilities included making connections for present and future speakers,
planned and organized fundraiser to collect donation items for Naval sailors, and managed all chapter
paperwork. Competed nationally in the ASEM student case study competition in 2015.
