• Approximately 85 percent are senior executives (i.e., president, CEO or principal) at their public
relations/marketing agencies, with the remaining members largely at the vice president level. They are
the key decision-makers at their firms.
• Three-quarters of our members report having worked more than 20 years in the industry.
• Member firms range from multiple offices to independent consultancies. Most are based in the United
States or Canada.
• We promote our sponsor partners’ brands, products and/or services to members through various channels
during the year.
• We offer opportunities for our sponsor partners to provide meaningful content to members through
professional development programming.
• We invite sponsor partners to join us at official events such as our annual Conference to network with
members and showcase products/services.

• Verbal acknowledgment of sponsorship from the podium.
• Signage throughout the three-day Conference. Brand logo displayed in Conference Brochure mailed to
3,500+ prospective attendees — if signed by Jan. 31, 2019
• Name recognition displayed in Conference program and on webpage.
• Welcome gift delivered to rooms of all Conference attendees, with branded welcome letter.
• Conference Sponsor $1,500
