NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE

India’s national stock exchange is spread over various town and cities across
the country. The NSE was setup to provide a fully modern and automatic
screen based trading system .thus NSE had a national reach. The NSE has a
remarkable transparency and is highly remarked for its speed. It is also
important to state that NSE has the highest degree of safety. The NSE serves
as a role model for all the other securities transactions industries. it is also
appreciated for its practices and procedures.
NSE acts like a catalyst by reforming the structure of the surety market
affecting the terms of micro structure, market practices and the volume of the
trade that is to be done. NSE adopts the clearing and settlement mode for
transactions that are taking within the NSE. Thus there is a scope for clarity
and there will be no ambiguity in trading. There are also activities related to
securities and commodities.
NSE is advancement over the recent years as the method of screen based
trading has been introduced. There is also a method of electronic transfer of
the shares that are happening in the NSE. The NSE has also adopted
strategies to fine tune the risks that will usually accompany counterparty risks
these risks are usually found in the market of debt and derivative instruments.

use?

This is a process in which I want to find out when how and where I can collect
data’s and know about it. To get a perfect result one of the important things
want to do in research is to plane and process, I want to use appropriate data
collection methods. And I must want to do a perfect approach to get a nice
result. So planning and process is very important to collect data’s. I will follow
what happen in a market and I will collect the daily market performances. It’s

very helpful for my research. I will be applying both qualitative and quantitative
approaches. I will be collecting data from both the Indian and a few world
markets to sort out a comparison chart.
I will also be applying several methods to design research and cross
sectional analysis. By applying this method I will be able to collect data from
numerous places and finally providing an appropriate bench mark to derive
the results.

The following method will be used to gather data:

Secondary Data:
My main source of data collection is mainly based on stock exchange sites,
university resources like FAMAR, MINTAL, EMERALD and stock exchange
related sites. For example NSE official sites, moneycontrol.com,
Valuenotes.com, and newsletters by analyst and other data are from few
stock brokers.
