Objectives:
To understand the basic concepts involved in Nano science.
To gain knowledge about various methods of synthesis, characterization and applications
in Nanotechnology
Expected Outcome:
The student will be able to:
1. Have a clear understanding the fundamental concepts for Nano science
2. Be aware of the synthesis methods for various important Nano materials
3. Have knowledge of the Nano scale Characterization techniques
4. Get an appreciation of applications of Nanotechnology in various fields of Science and
Engineering
