The training and skill required for the job: Tool box meeting, Training for hot work regarding safe work procedure and work briefing with all workers.
Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety Shoes, Hard hat, Hi-vis Jacket, Safety glasses, Shield, leather hand gloves, Nose mask, Safety Harness.

4. Drilling of 1.Electrical hazards 1.1. All electrical tools & equipments have to certify LEW before
Roof use. Ensure stickers are to be pasted on the equipment and
appliances. All inspected equipment or appliances are colour
coded.
1.2. To ensure extension cable are routed above 2 meter from
ground or hang on cable stand.
1.3. Workers to ensure when handling tools according to
manufactures instruction. All user must be briefed before use the
electrical tools.
1.4. To check on physical condition of cable to ensure it is free
from defect before use.
1.5. Ensure all electrical tools equipped with a dead man switch.
1.6. Always use ELCB of 30mA when connect to main power
supply.
1.7. Ensure that all plugs and sockets used are of the approved
industrial type.
1.8. When working external stop using electrical tools when rain
starts. Kept all electrical tools in dry place ensure unplug from the
power source.
1.9.Task supervisor should ensure there is no live electrical cable
through drilling area
2.1.Site supervisor to ensure that all work personnel are issued
2.Flying particles during drilling and wear safety glasses / face shield
2.2.Drilling machine operator should not wear any loose cloth
2.3.operator not wear the cotton gloves
2.4. Ensure drill bit length should not exceed slab concrete

6.Scaffold 1.Scaffold collapse 1.1.Engage an approved scaffold erectors. Full time supervision

1.5. Barricade to be provided around scaffold erection areas.

1.6.Ensure all Personnel not to overload scaffold with working
materials
1.7Scaffold to be erect to as per designing
1.8If possible scaffold to be tied with permanent structure
1.9Floor level is even and surface
7.Usage of 1.Scaffold topple 1.1Check scaffold green tag is in place, valid (7days) and safe to
Scaffold/ use & no work shall proceed with red tag.
Mobile 1.2 Inform scaffold supervisor if scaffold seems to be unsafe to
scaffold use.
1.3Do not remove or modify scaffold components.

1.4Scaffolds to be erected by qualified scaffold erectors only and
with immediate supervision by scaffold supervisor.
1.5Do not pull or shift scaffold when someone is on top of mobile
scaffold.

1.8Provide sufficient manpower for all work
1.9Don’t use near the pit
1.10Ensure out riggers is fully tightened
2.Falling Object 2.1. Site Supervisor to remind workers not to put loose materials Site supervisor

9.Hydrostatic 1.Pressure Build up & Loose fittings 1.1. Ensure All fittings & Couplings are Properly tightened.
Testing 1.2. Ensure Slow charge of testing medium.
