This is to quote you the following scope of works to be mobilized and estimated for completion
within 25 days (for partitions and doors only) with 12 workers.

1. Preparation of the general lay-out of the project.

2. Installation of Metal Studs for partition wall frames.
3. Installation of hardiflex partition walls.
4. Painting of hardiflex partition walls.
5. Uninstallation of aluminum walls from Malate office.
6. Transferring and installation of the aluminum walls to GMG in Paco Manila office.
7. Installation of door jambs and doors in partition walls.
8. Installation of under the mezzanine stair covering for mini kitchen.
9. Travel agency room ceiling covering with gypsum board.

10. CHB wall Cutting and Installation of the exit door.

11. CHB wall Cutting and Installation of 2-panel glass door at GMG Bldg. main hallway.
 12. Tempered Glass at Travel agency door cutting
13. Installation of electronic lock door.
14. Steel stair at exit door fabrication.
