2. JOB PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organisation's perspective.
To manage and control selling volume, distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing across multiple
brands and categories of the section under responsibility according to company strategies, by signing
contracts with customers, tracking their financial transactions and developing strong and positive working
relationships with them to ensure that all issues are resolved smoothly and in a timely manner.

Policies, Processes and Procedures
 Assist in the development and implementation of section policies,  Recognised participation in

Day- to-day operations

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE SKILLS
This section states the minimum knowledge, experience and linguistic abilities required for satisfactory
performance of the job.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related discipline

Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in Retail or FMCG industry, 2 years of
which in a managerial/supervisory position

Languages:
Minimum English language required is upper-intermediate
Fluent in Arabic
