CU FORM FILL-UP - B.A/B.SC/B.COM PART III HONS EXAMINATION 2018

(As per notification of University of Calcutta No. CE/R&F/09/19/01 dated 16.01.19)

1. Online B.A./B.Sc/ B. Com Hons Part III form fill-up will be started on 02
-02-2019

Eligible 3rd year admitted Students and Part II qualified are directed to follow schedule for
submission of C.U. Examination online Form [one print copy of form with full signature]
and online Payment Challan of fees to college respective [Morning/Day/Evening] office.

Last date of C.U. form fill-up/download of form/Print : 07-02-2019.

Step1: Visit CU website (cuexam.net.in / caluniv.ac.in) followed by Online Examination
Application Submission; and take 2 sets of print of form (one for submission to college office
and another for student copy and take acknowledgment from college office.

Step2: Visit College Admission Portal [www.jaipuriaadmission.ac.in] for

payment of fees and all other matter. Take print of Online payment challan / receipts from the
college website after payment.
College website will be opened for payment of fees on Friday 03-02-2019

Step3: Document required to be submitted to College with CU Online Form:

i) Photocopy of Marks Sheet of Part II,
ii)Payment Receipts/Challan against 3rd year Provisional Admission 2018-19,
iii)Original Acknowledgement Card (AC Card)

Note 1: It is a duty of student to take acknowledgement/receipts from the college

office after submission of CU printed Form,Payment Challan etc.

Note 2: It may be noted that if any student(s) unable to submit CU Form and payment
challan /payment receipts to the college office within schedule, the college authority
will not be responsible for ‘not approval’ or rejection. After last date, the college
authority unable to approved their candidature through CU website portal.
