Terms of Use
· The ticket holder is required to carry the ID Proof provided at the time of booking for verification.
· The cardholder should be present in person with the card used for the transaction, along with the
booking confirmation (SMS and/ ticket printout) to help minimise the risk of fraud.
· Customers holding an advance token will have to pay the ticket amount that is at the discretion of the
theatre and collect the ticket at the theatre window.
· Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
· If a show is cancelled, the responsibility of Management is limited to the face value of the ticket.
· When a ticket has been purchased using the Justickets Wallet and a show has been cancelled
subsequently, the money will be credited back to the customer's Justickets Wallet only.
· 3D glass usage fee is non-refundable.
· Theatres may reserve the right to charge extra for 3D Glasses at their discretion at the ticket counter.
· Customers below 18 years of age will not be admitted to 'A' rated movies. Please carry proof of age for
movies certified as ‘A’.
· Children over 3 years of age require a ticket for entry into the screen.
· All other Justickets terms and conditions contained on the Website shall apply.
