FRANCHISEE OFFER

1. The Franchisee works on three different budget schemes.

2. The Franchisee will be billed by the Company Distributor or the Super-Stockiest, as agreed mutually.
3. Franchisee first payments will be advance and PDC of two months will be taken for the first quarter.
4. Terms and Conditions of the Franchisee are subject to change and will be informed priorly.
5. Any other Schemes floated by the company will be reflected in the bill and will hold extra margin
than as indicated.
6. Documents required:
a. Security Cheque.
b. 1st Month Advance and 2 Months PDC of Franchisee value.
c. Payment Cheque of Sign board.
d. ID Documents and Address Proof.
7. FRANCHISEE TERMS: Franchisee Value – ₹20,000/-
a. For billing above ₹20,000; Salary will be ₹1200. If target not achieved, Salary will be halved for
that month.

b. 5% flat commission will be paid above sales target of the bill value, accounted for each month
separately. This payment will be paid half every month and half will be paid after the quarter as
credit note.
c. 2% flat commission will be paid on the bill value of the achievement of 110% from the
Franchisee Value. This will be paid as Credit Note after a quarter.
d. Consistency margin of 2% flat on the bill value will be paid if there is consistent purchase every
month for a quarter which will reflect as credit note after the quarter.
e. If the Franchisee crosses 110% of target as average in a quarter, a flat margin of 41% will be
provided in the quarter settlement.
f. Distant visible size Flex Board for NikhRi Herbals will be mandatory for this Franchisee model.
8. FRANCHISEE TERMS: Franchisee Value – ₹30,000/-
a. For billing above ₹30,000; Salary will be ₹2400. If target not achieved, Salary will be halved for
that month.
b. 6% flat commission will be paid above sales target of the bill value, accounted for each month
separately. This payment will be paid half every month and half will be paid after the quarter as
credit note.
c. 2.5% flat commission will be paid on the bill value of the achievement of 110% from the
Franchisee Value. This will be paid as Credit Note after a quarter.
d. Consistency margin of 3 flat on the bill value will be paid if there is consistent purchase every
month for a quarter which will reflect as credit note after the quarter.
e. If the Franchisee crosses 110% of target as average in a quarter, a flat margin of 43% will be
provided in the quarter settlement.
f. Distant visible size Glow Sign Board for NikhRi Herbals will be mandatory for this Franchisee
model.

9. FRANCHISEE TERMS: Franchisee Value – ₹40,000/-

a. For billing above ₹40,000; Salary will be ₹4000. If target not achieved, Salary will be halved for
that month.
b. 7% flat commission will be paid above sales target of the bill value, accounted for each month
separately. This payment will be paid half every month and half will be paid after the quarter as
credit note.
c. 3% flat commission will be paid on the bill value of the achievement of 110% from the
Franchisee Value. This will be paid as Credit Note after a quarter.
d. Consistency margin of 4% flat on the bill value will be paid if there is consistent purchase every
month for a quarter which will reflect as credit note after the quarter.
e. If the Franchisee crosses 110% of target as average in a quarter, a flat margin of 45% will be
provided in the quarter settlement.
f. Distant visible size Glow Sign Board for NikhRi Herbals will be mandatory for this Franchisee
model.
