Dear Sir,

Freedom of Information Act Request – Unique Reference FOI 8132

Thank you for your email received 26 October 2018, requesting information under the Freedom of
Information Act. I understand your request to be as follows:

I have tried without success to locate details of the survey 'Open Libraries Evolution and
Impact Review'. The survey closed on 5 February 2018.
Can you please advise where I can locate the report of this survey and any Equality and
Impact Assessments which have been undertaken into Open Plus Libraries.

I am pleased to advise that the Council can provide you with the information that you have
requested.

Please find attached the results of the survey undertaken over a 4 week period from 9 January
2018 – 5 February 2018. Please note question 12 has been omitted to ensure that no respondents
can be identified as this question asked for postcodes of responders.

An equality impact assessment was undertaken and can be found on the Council’s website. You
can copy the attached link into your browser to view the document:

a complaint, or request a review of the Council's decision, please write to Sandra J Stewart,
