A RESOLUTION DELISTING, UNLOADING AND RELOADING THE LIST OF

TOP TEN MOST WANTED PERSON OF THE PROVINCIAL AND MUNICIPAL
LEVEL FROM THE LIST OF MOST WANTED PERSON UNDER LOI MANHUNT
CHARLIE, TOP TEN MWP.

WHEREAS, on October 2, 2018 at about 10:00 in the morning, members of

Committee on Wanted Person headed by PSUPT EDWIN S MONDALO,
DPDO/Chairman, convened at the Conference Room of Camp Major Eduardo M
Gallego, Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao Del Norte with the committee members purposely
to validate and update the TopTen MWP in the Provincial and Municipal Level in order
to come up a unified list to be maintained subject for neutralization;

WHEREAS, the committee validated and finds that some of Most Wanted and
Other Wanted Person in our list were already neutralized by other offices;

WHEREAS, during the validation, the committee agreed to delist and replace the
arrested MWP from Municipal Level in accordance to LOI Manhunt Charlie MWP
parameters and further maintain one (1) list of Top 10 MWP Provincial and Municipal
Level;

WHEREAS, the line units through this Committee submitted and recommended a
unified and updated List of their Top 10 MWP Provincial and Municipal Level;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved and recommended

that the submitted unified and updated List of the Top MWP Manhunt Charlie in the
Provincial and Municipal Level will become the Official List of the Top Ten MWP of
Lanao Del Norte Police Provincial Office; and

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Regional Committed on Wanted Person thru the
RIDMD 10 will be furnished with the said list.

Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao Del Norte.
